Potters Toowoomba is a must for all travellers visiting or passing through Toowoomba,
Pros:

Was warmly welcomed by receptionist on arrival and the lady was an absolute pleasure to deal with.
Advised us of all of the hotels facilities, right through to how we go about opening times in the restaurant and ordering room service if we wanted to stay in for the night.
Rooms were spotless and the hotel even offered a change of bedding set up to meet our needs which was very appreciative. This is a facility that prides itself on customer satisfaction and not just taking their guests as being a number. Nothing was too much trouble, and would highly recommend this facility to everyone.

Disappointing stay

Couldn’t get a downstairs room and we had trouble walking upstairs - disappointing that a bus took precedence and were allocated EVERY downstairs room !!!
No breakfast offered !!!
