Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel mit geräumigen Zimmern.
Frühstück sehr gut und ausreichend.
Um die Ecke beim Lidl ist die Bushaltestelle. Man ist dann in 10-15 min im Zentrum.
Gute Restaurants in der Nähe, die man auch gut zu Fuß erreichen kann.
Nicht zu vergessen ,der Pool. Sauber und war jetzt im August das Highlight.
Ich komme gerne wieder.

Cons:

Leider war die Matratze auf einer Seite sehr durchgelegen.

Era in un posto tranquillo, vicino a Lidl e alla stazione del vaporetto

Cons:

Il bagno. Abbiamo trovato capelli neri sugli asciugamani ed il bagno si allagava mentre facevi la doccia, la schiuma non scendeva.

Mic dejun decent.
Patul confortabil.

Cons:

Din pacate hotelul nu are stelele cu care se lauda, are cel mult 3 stele. "Luxul" este de fatada.
Desii este clar ca personalul de la curatenie face tot posibilul sa pastreze curatenia - felicitari lor oricum, cand mocheta este patat si uzata, ea trebuie schimbata - aviz conducerii.
Personalul de la receptie este total neprofesionist. Seara cand am ajuns, in lobby era o"sezatoare" a receptionerului cu prietenii, cu televizorul dat la maxim, vizionau un meci, iar dimineata la check out a aparut la receptie o doamna efectiv in pijama si nepieptanata. Din camera aflata la etajul 1 se auzea tot ce se intampla in lobbyul de la parter.
De la 5 dimineta nu s-a mai putut dormi pt ca se tranteau farfurii si pahare in zona de servire a micului dejun.
Cina se poate lua in locatie - dai comanda si in 30-40 minute este adusa de la restaurnatul aflat la 10min distanta de hotel.
