They graciously checked me in early.

Cons:

Bathtub drain clogged up the tub with water. They need to run a snake down the drain and fix the plumbing.

Pros:

Location was great. It was very quiet -- we were on bottom floor and didn't hear anyone above us. Room was roomy and clean and the TV even greeted us by name when we entered.

PLASTIC CUPS, NOT REAL GLASSES OR CUPS
WAS TOLD WATER BOTTLES WERE FREE AND TO HELP MYSELF, ONLY TO BE CHARGED FOR THEM.!!!
NO BLACKOUT CURTAINS!!! LOTS OF MORNING LET IS LET IN.
STAFF INTERCHANGES SHAMPOO, SHOWER GEL AND HAND SOAP. THEY USE SAME PRODUCT.

Our stay was for a memorial service, so having such a beautiful stay with lovely staff was appreciated beyond words.
Pros:

Location. Dog friendly. Staff was exceptional. The maid service, front desk, servers, and wait staff were all accommodating, friendly, professional and truly went above and beyond.

Cons:

Guests that don’t pick up dog poop when the facility has bags and trash and everything at your disposal. This rudeness ruins it for responsible owners. We appreciate the hotel putting up with those one or two. Maybe cameras to fine those owners may help.

Seamless from start to finish
Pros:

Everyone was so nice and helpful. I got recommendations of restaurants- I was looking for sushi- and it was a good one. Very friendly staff. My room was perfect. It was nice and quiet. Checking in and checking out was seamless.

Pros:

Location poor, with all the construction going on. We'd eaten there before, and would rather pay for better breakfast elsewhere.
