Fantastic experience
Pros:

Just an overall fantastic hotel at this level. Rooms are clean, large and comfortable. Staff is excellent. Shout out to the bartender Kim who was so kind and helpful noticing ( even though I wasn’t actually at the bar…just sitting in the room) that I was unhappy because of a Wi-Fi issue I was having with my room and proactively getting me assistance. And management ( Rebecca) was incredibly helpful to immediately resolve the problem. On top of that the location of the hotel could not be better. Steps from the Grove street station. Next to a large market with groceries and prepared foods and a short walk from tons of restaurants.

Pros:

У отеля отличное масторасположение. Внизу прям в отеле есть магазин со всеми продуктами и готовой едой. В номере есть кухня и возможность приготовить при необходимости. Станция метро также около отеля. 7 минут и ты на Манхеттен. Мы в полном восторге. Номер небольшой, но максимально продуман каждый уголок. Семьей с 2 детьми нам было комфортно.

Highly recommended
Pros:

The hotel is a few steps away from Path Grove Station, which is only two stops from World Trade Center in NYC, perfect location. The room is clean and nice decorated, the facility is well equipped, the breakfast is richer than many similar hotels. Overall the stay was comfortable and convenient.

Great stay, great employees, great location. Definitely stay again.
Pros:

Loved the service at front desk, very friendly and super helpful with a minor situation I had. My room was like a mini suite, amazing view of the Hudson, super clean. I stayed for 3 nights, I live in Los Angeles came for work. I don’t like wasting energy and time, so I didn’t have my sheets changed daily. My room seemed to smell fresh every time I walked back in. Would definitely stay there again.

Good for an overnight
Pros:

Good sized and comfortable room . No bar or restaurant service some evenings but staff will help to order food etc in for you .
Friendly service. Didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment.
Quiet room despite close to a Main Street. .
