Increíble que me hagan abrir las ventanas para no pasar calor en un hotel 4 estrellas

Muy buena ubicación

Cons:

Imposible dormir. Hacía muchísima calor, y el sistema de clima lo tenían programado en calefacción, no podía ponerse en modo frío de ningún modo. De recepción me dijeron que tenía que abrir las ventanas para dormir, como si estuviera en una pensión barata, en un barrio con mucho ambiente nocturno. Tuve que escoger entre no dormir por el calor de la habitación (28º) o no dormir por el ruido de la calle. Me pareció insólito para un hotel de supuestas 4 estrellas. Lamentable.

Sometimes a bit of a wait to see someone at reception, but understandable. There was a tv remote but no tv which we found odd.

Great location, great staff.
Pros:

Location in the heart of the city. The friendly staff. A very comfortable bed!

Cons:

Lack of instructions on how to work the air con unit. Also we had a tv remote control but couldn’t see any tv? If there was one then leave some instructions please.

Buena relación calidad precio en el centro
Pros:

Exactamente en el centro de Granada. Hotel muy cómodo con instalaciones modernas.

Cons:

Falta mantenimiento, algunos interruptores de luz no funcionaban y el WC japonés tampoco. Desayuno poco variado.

Un hotel in pieno centro con grande potenzialità , richiede una ristrutturazione e più cura per poter diventare davvero

La struttura non ha una hall ma solo una scrivania per l’addetto in mezzo a un bar e un ristorante . La stanza poco curata , con moquette molto lisa e scolorita , arredamento datato . Il bagno bello ma non funzionale per assenza totale di appendini per gli asciugamani . Degna di nota la presenza del bidet insieme al water in un locale separato ma mancante di porta asciugamano e portasapone , quindi non pratico . Discreta la colazione . Non è un hotel 4 stelle .

The rooms are in dire need of renovation. Location of the hotel was the best part of this stay

Location was the best thing about this hotel. And lobby area was kind of nicely decorated.

Cons:

Information about the hotel said that there is air conditioning in rooms. When we arrived to our room, air in the room was hot and musty. We asked the staff, how can we turn the air-con on? They said it's only heating that is on this time of the year! Outside temperature was 24...26 °C. They kindly came to open the window, which was big, whole wall size. There was yet outer facade window, so there was no danger to fall out. But sounds from other rooms and also exhaust from the traffic reached our room easily. Not a good experience at all.
Fitted carpet on the floor was extra bonus for the musty air.

Pros:

Lo mejor de todo, la ubicación.
Aunque para acceder en coche es complicado y hay que dejar el coche en un garaje cercano, pero merece la pena todo el lío por la estupenda ubicación que tiene para ir andando a todos los sitios.
La habitación estaba muy bien y la cama era muy cómoda.

Cons:

Si tengo que decir algo que no me gustase, lo peor es que no tenga ventanas para ventilar.
Da sensación de agobio.
El suelo de moqueta, 27 grados en la habitación, el aire no está habilitado y no hay ventanas.
El ventanal es corredero pero tiene otra ventana fija que es la que da a la calle y esa no se puede abrir.
