Der Eingangsbereich wirkte leider sehr verschlossen, sodass zunächst der Eindruck entstand, das Hotel sei noch gar nicht
Pros:

Das Zimmer war wirklich sehr schön und äußerst großzügig geschnitten. Besonders die hohen bzw. tollen Decken haben uns beeindruckt und dem Raum eine besondere Atmosphäre verliehen. Das Bett war sehr komfortabel und insgesamt wirkte alles sehr gepflegt und hochwertig. Wirklich ein toller Aufenthalt in Bezug auf das Zimmer.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer hat leider nicht überzeugt und wirkte insgesamt wenig ansprechend. Auch das Frühstücksangebot war für den Preis nicht angemessen. Der Kaffee wurde ausschließlich über einen Automaten angeboten und es stand nur eine Sorte zur Auswahl. Tee sowie normaler Kaffee waren verfügbar, die Milch lediglich im Bereich der Müsliangebote, was unpraktisch war.

Das Personal war während unseres Aufenthalts kaum präsent. Lediglich aus der offenen Küche war Personal zu sehen, wobei deren Musik im Gastraum deutlich hörbar war, was wir als störend empfunden haben.

Zimmer und Bad wurden vor meiner Ankunft nicht geheizt, so dass ich am ersten Abend fror. Das Duschwasser wechselte abrupt zwischen heiß und kalt.

Phantastisch
Pros:

Wir waren freudig überrascht.
Sehr nettes Personal, wunderschöne Zimmer, super Lage und das allerbeste Frühstück, welches wir in Deutschland je bekommen haben.
Herzlichen Dank! Wir kommen gern wieder.

Lage zur Altstadt.

Cons:

Frühstück bis 10 Uhr, aber als wir um 9 in den Speisesaal kamen, war alles schon abgeräumt und sauber gemacht.
Nette Mitarbeiterin hat uns dann aber was gerichtet.

Ein sehr schönes und zentral gelegenes Hotel
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und kompetent
Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr ansprechend und umfangreich
Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sauber. Hier und da gab es einige Verschleißspuren (Türgriff zum Balkon) aber ansonsten mit wohlfühl Charakter.

Too much bad to be true.
First, the rude women at the reception said that your reservation is not at the hotel, but in another building with a dark localization, with no quality at all.
So. I had to pay an extra to stay at the hotel.
The bed lampd didnt work.
A nigthmare.
