Perfekte Wahl
Pros:

Top Lage zwischen Zitadelle und Altstadt. Parkplätze mit Ladestation. Sehr schönes Haus und Zimmer in Topzustand. Wir konnte bereits kurz nach 13:00 Uhr die Zimmer beziehen. Check-out 12:00 Uhr. Frühstück ab 07:00 Uhr. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Sehr hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal. Alles perfekt sauber.

Cons:

Die Badewanne hat keine Wandduschvorrichtung mit Spritzschutz für bequemes Duschen.

Un hôtel dans un écrin de verdure
Pros:

Chambre calme et bien agencée, où règne un délicat parfum. La salle de bain avec sa douche est très agréable. L’ensemble du lieu est plein de charme, et le jardin offre un cadre particulièrement plaisant pour se relaxer.

Cons:

Le lit double est très confortable, bien qu’il aurait pu être légèrement plus large. Compte tenu du supplément de 20 € par nuit pour un animal de compagnie, nous aurions apprécié que quelques équipements soient prévus pour notre chien, comme une gamelle et un coussin.

Cons:

Plastic mattress cover, not really keeping with such a lovely hotel.
No head board on the double bed, just looked like a simple bed and breakfast.
Wooden spoons at the room tea making facility.
Instant coffee! in a four star hotel!
Room was a little bland

The Spar was half the cost of the room, is an extra also.

I raised this with reception and suggested they could simply improve these.

Tolles Hotel für eine zwischen Übernachtung aber auch für länger
Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt, nur ca.10 Minuten zu Fuß ins Zentrum oder zur Burg.Super und sicherer Parkplatz. Tolles Restaurant. Sehr schöne Zimmer und sehr freundliches Personal. Hund erlaubt auch im Restaurant und beim Frühstück.

Très déçus
Pros:

L emplacement idéal pour Besançon et son centre ville. Un tres beau bâtiment.

Cons:

Par contre, un lit de 140 pas mentionné dans la description d une chambre à 140e, cela n est pas admissible dans ce genre d établissement. Quant a la chambre en face de l ascenseur alors que j avais justement demandé que ça ne soit pas le cas...et qu on m avait répondu que c était pris en compte...bref, on sent encore qu on est des clients booking et c est usant de payer malgré tout des prix importants pour se sentir relégué soit au rez de chaussée, soit a côté de l ascenseur soit dans des toutes petites chambres soit avec des dimensions de lits qui n existent quasi plus en 2026. Vous l aurez compris je suis en colère. Je ne sais pas si nous reviendrons. Nous avons tres mal dormi.
