Belle étape, hôtel très agréable
Pros:

Nuit d'étape très agréable dans cet hôtel bien décoré.
Les chambres (nous en avons occupé 3 - voyage de 2 familles) étaient confortables et bien équipées.
Bonne literie et SdB agréables. Bon petit déjeuner.
Nous n'avons pas testé le restaurant.
Belle expérience que nous recommandons.

Séjour décevant
Pros:

Bel hôtel rénové dans un ancien couvent, beau cadre en hauteur avec vue sur la ville. Accueil très sympathique.

Cons:

Pas au niveau d'un 4 étoiles pour le prix, les chambres sont agréables sans plus. Déco minimaliste assez froide. Produits de toilette mis à disposition strict minimum, ce qui est un peu juste pour deux. Le vrai problème ce sont les chambres très mal insonorisées, le moindre passage dans le couloir sur le parquet grinçant vous réveille, il vaut donc mieux vivre sur le même rythme que les autres clients.
L'ambiance générale de l'hôtel manque de chaleur, le bar est petit et pas très accueillant ce qui nous a valu de prendre un thé en plein après-midi sur la terrasse extérieure... L'hôtel était désert en journée, pas de pièce commune agréable.
Il ne s'agit donc pas d'un véritable lieu de villégiature mais d'un bâtiment avec des chambres, certes propres et agréables mais on attend plus d'un 4 étoiles.
La note est en rapport avec les attentes. Nous avions pris une chambre Confort qui est déjà le troisième niveau de gamme proposé (après Standard et Classique), on s'attend donc à mieux.
Le rapport qualité prix n'est pas bon. Parking payant, ce qui vu la localisation de l'hôtel (loin du centre) semble un peu exagéré pour une ville comme Besançon. Accès au "spa" (un jacuzzi et un espace hammam seulement) payant aussi.
Bref, une déception !

Beautifully restored building and safe parking in the back garden.

Cons:

Restaurant closed some days and no other food option in hotel. Hotel will book a nearby restaurant for you 5 minutes walk away.

Luksusta ja erinomaista palvelua kauniissa miljöössä

Erinomaista palvelua, nuori mies respassa oli todella ystävällinen ja palveli pieteetillä. Miljöö ja itse rakennus huokuivat historiaa. Kauniisti ja hillitysti sisustettu entinen luostari. Todellinen luksusoleskelu!
