O predio é apenas1canteiro de obras(com sujeira,poeira e barulhos correspondentes)
O quarto é amplo e jato do chuveiro muito bom. (cheiro de mofo é desconfortável, mas resolver isto está fota do alcance dos funcionários)

Apto novo, confortavel, travesseiros, roupa de cama , chuveiro, e os colaboradores do restaurante e café da manhã , perfeitos

Cons:

Hotel está passando por reforma e a recepção acho que improvisada. Na minha chegada ainda perguntei se o hotel estava mesmo funcionando. Kkkkk

Pros:

Achei o quarto bastante espaçoso, bem iluminado, cheiroso e confortável!

Cons:

O hotel estava em manutenção, sem poder usar a piscina e outras áreas comuns e isso não foi informado e nem compensado no valor da diária. A garagem é subsolo e estava cheia de poeira. O café da manhã variado, mas depois das 9h, tudo frio. O banheiro é muito velho, pisos e paredes com sujeira(limo), além de molhar toda a área do vaso sanitário ao abrir as torneiras pra regular a temperatura.
