Central location, great amenities, views, staff, everything. Top tier place to stay at LA. Lobby is located almost at the very top on 70th floor. Great breakfast/dinner with magnificent city views at La Boucherie. A bit pricey but for a good reason. Would stay again.

Cons:

Elevator situation is a bit weird (you take one "line" to the top and then another "line" down to your floor) but its bearable if you are not in rush.

Thieves!
We paid for a room for 4 people with breakfast included, which was confirmed by the hotel staff upon arrival. Afterwards, the hotel charged us for the breakfast again, increasing our stay by more than 400 USD. The hotel refused to properly address the complaint and simply dismissed us. We are handing this over to our lawyer and strongly do not recommend this property.

Delightful stay!
Pros:

I had a delightful stay here, quick check in, my room was ready early and i was able to check in, Angel at the reception was wonderful.
The rooms are spacious clean and have great views! Everything was great.
