Pros:

I like the guy that took me in to the hotel. He was nice and her good customer service. But when I went in the room, there was like these little blue things on the sheet, like from somebody's sweatshirt or something. And in the bathroom, it was missing the adequate amount of shampoo conditioner wash. When I went in for breakfast. That's when I had the real problem. The food was cold. It didn't look anything nice and it was charged 1499 and you had people going up with bags filling up their bags with all the good fruit. I took a picture of my banana. It had black all over it. It was disgusting and it wasn't worth the money at all.

The staff was very nice. The place was very clean. Breakfast was good.

We asked for cribs and were told we were approved for the cribs. When we got there we were told they don't carry cribs or pack and play.

Parking is limited.
Pros:

Property is fine. I chose the location due to the fact that they had space for my pickup truck and car hauler trailer. I emailed the hotel to let them know that I was towing a trailer. I never received a response. Upon my arrival after dark I was told that I could not park my truck at their hotel I was told “The owner doesn’t like trucks parked in our lot.” Paid close to $200 for nothing.

Cons:

I was turned away as they would not let me park there. The only option was illegal parking in the street which was clearly marked with NO PARKING signs. I ended up paying for a room I did not use with no refund offered. I had to drive an additional hour to try to find another motel. I ended up at a Hampton Inn which welcomed me and my truck with trailer. Also, the first greeting I received at the front desk was an entire litany of all the motel’s rules listing all the things prohibited, not very welcoming.
