Discovering lukewarm shower water and very little water pressure was frustrating and a big disappointment.

Close to highway, king suite

Cons:

No hot water. Very little water pressure. We drove for twelve hours and needed to rest. We woke up early in morning and were so disappointed our room had no hot water, only lukewarm water and very little water pressure. We didn’t pay $170 plus pet fee for one night for a shocking cold shower experience.

Pros:

Everyone was friendly contantal breakfast amazing, we had a snow storm and that didn't stop the staff from making sure we had what we needed

Cons:

It's cheaper to reserve a room directly from the hotel, I had to extend my stay due to bad road conditions and it was cheaper to book through front desk

Lacey was amazing in helping book out stay and accommodating room to put luggage in till rooms ready

Nice rooms, good breakfast, comfy bed, nice shower/water pressure, great air conditioning. Room stayed cool🙏

Cons:

-Rooms were not ready a check in. :(
-Construction workers were a little sketchy. One even went into a girls room “accidentally” thinking it was his room….
Not sure how he still had a key….a little scary
