Room ok but not being able to take a shower very bad

Cons:

The shower head was broken, I couldn’t use to take a shower, we were dirty n needed showers. Very very disappointed, we got in too late for someone to fix. I paid a lot for the room n couldn’t take a shower.

Cons:

Staff unknowledgeable and unhelpful at check in. Room was EXTREMELY loud all night with interstate traffic sounds, and housekeeping location of doing laundry most of the night.

Cons:

Refrigerator door broke. Cricket and spider in room. Holes in walls patched poorly. Pieces of building flew off during storm. Looked older than 8 years old.

I feel like it gets worse every time I come back. Sad.

Cons:

Room wasn’t fully clean, internet was not working (had to use my own hotspot), pool was not usable because it was so nasty, coffee thing was left in the dispenser, the lady refused us gravy at 8:21am. Said what’s there is what was there. Just not pleasant at all. Especially for the amount I pay to stay here and I’m a repeat customer.

We did not get the room we paid for, was told it was unavailable. The room we had was DIRTY. The room had dirty towels and the toilet was disgustingly dirty. Had to go down and it was not super easy getting a new room. Was told multiple times we don’t have what you booked available. Not worth the money.
