JR-East Hotel Mets Komagome

Very good experience to stay here for 7 days. Good location for traffic to both side of Tokyo area and good connection to NRT airport too. BTW, train station location is also wonderful. Just few minute walk to connect Hotel and convenient store.

リーズナブル

夫婦で数泊しました。部屋の広さ、浴室の広さ、明るさ、静かさ（線路のすぐそばにあるにもかかわらず）等、快適でした。朝食をとらない日もありましたが、デニーズの朝食券をランチやディナー時にも使用できるのが便利でした。立地も大変良く、従業員さんの対応も良く、私たち夫婦のニーズにマッチしたホテルでした。

The location is excellent - it’s right next to Komagome Station, served by both the Yamanote Line (which loops around major Tokyo hubs like Shinjuku and Shibuya) and the Namboku Line. You can get to most key areas in under 30 minutes. Despite the great transport links, the neighbourhood itself is quiet and peaceful, offering a more authentic glimpse into everyday life in Tokyo. It’s also home to the beautiful Rikugien Gardens, one of the city’s finest Edo-period landscape gardens.

There are plenty of convenient amenities nearby, including Lawson, 7-Eleven, McDonald’s, KFC, and several pharmacies.

The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout my stay. The hotel also has a well-stocked amenity station in the lobby with useful items like razors, bath salts, toothbrushes, skincare products, and shampoo.

My room was spotless and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and pillows, a desk, TV, and a modern bathroom with everything you might need.

Breakfast is provided via a voucher for the Denny’s on the second floor. While simple, the breakfast is freshly prepared with a good range of options, both Western (eggs, sausage, bacon, toast, pancakes) and Japanese (shioyaki salmon, rice, miso soup, fermented vegetables). A self-serve drink bar is also included with tea, hot and iced coffee, juices, and more.

Overall, this is a fantastic hotel that offers great value for money, warm hospitality, and a perfect base for exploring Tokyo.

在大站間的清幽小站，離池袋，東京，新宿，澀谷都不遠，同一條線就可以抵達，而且住宿出JR站就到，房間內也很適合工作，適合有商務需求也想順便旅遊

My stay was excellent, and my room was very comfortable! It is a great location.

Excellent and clean. Single-use plastics could be switched to paper. Otherwise no complaints at all, excellent staff and service. Breakfast at Denny’s.

出張で利用しました。みぞれが降っていたのですが駅直結だったため濡れずに済み、助かりました。

I’d like to stay here next time

One of the best hotels I've been. Location wise, this is very recommendable. It is just few steps away from JR / Subway train stations. They provided us free Denny's coupons for breakfast just across the reception. Size, just ample for 2 (30kgs) luggages. Bath tub is clean and well lit. We will come back, definitely.

Very convenient

4泊の滞在だったが、清掃もエコ清掃だったり、タオル交換だけで過ごすことが出来た。
ゴミ箱も普通ゴミとプラなどのリサイクル用に分けられていて良かった。
