Ok but not happy due to price I paid.
Pros:

Great location, view was nice. Staff are friendly and walking distance to shops, the river and aquarium.

Cons:

Ceiling was peeling in shower, door handles falling off, paid $300 more than last year for the same room except this time it was smaller and less accommodating. For example, tv in an odd spot where lounge has to be moved to watch it, no tv in main bedroom this time. Also no blackout blinds only mesh see through ones so rooms are very bright from sunrise. Bathroom was smaller but shower was nicer except for peeling ceiling. Also no ramp or accessibility for pram so had to use entrance stairs and manoeuvre a double pram up them which was not easy as they have wheelchair lift which can’t be used for prams.

The room was lovely other than a couple of things. Staff were very friendly and beds very comfortable

Cons:

Was a bit disappointed that there was hair left behind the door in the bathroom and the PowerPoint in kitchen was pulled out of wall along with door handle to outside being broken.

Pros:

There was a Woolworths across the road from the building which was awesome 👍.. not far from the tram stop very handy for exploring the area and a short ride to Flinders station.. The apartment was huge, spacious and clean.. We had everything we needed for our stay, staff were helpful and friendly.. Minor issues in the beginning but we were happy when it was fixed and enjoyed our trip thanks to Jo, the maintenance guy and the receptionist guy who always said hello 👋 always happy and friendly..
