Sapodilla Ubud

staff is very good. when i help something, they don’t hesitate help for me. i’m impressed.

The staff were all friendly and I was very happy during the stay. The breakfast was delicious, and although it was far from Ubud city, there was a shuttle service, so I went around comfortably. I would like to visit again next time.

Our beautiful experience in this classy and cozy Boutique resort started with the welcoming message from Rasmini even before we landed here!Sapodilla has an ancient Balinese facade with clean tidy rooms with modern facilities and clean linen.It is quiet ,despite being one minute away from a busy vibrant street .They are near many attractions yet they provide shuttle service!! The Shoga kitchen is another blessing for us. We are vegetarians and don’t take even eggs. But the team there prepared delicious and also healthy veg meals which was so good that we ended up having all our meals on all days there!!The Tariff and food prices are reasonable and the portions generous.We would like to thank all staff of this resort .Our special thanks to Rimba ,Wina, Ngurah, Bhaskara.At the hotel reception Riyanthi and Satya.and another male staff.Shoga kitchen made veg version of Indonesian dish Gadu Gadu .Lucky us to have found this gem.

I recently stayed at Sapodilla, and it was one of the best experiences I've ever had.
From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, and extremely professional (Rianti, Risma, Krishna).

The breakfast buffet was extremely delicious and unique.

The best highlight of oyr stay was service, service and service.

Wonderful customer service !! Very much like coming Home when in Ubud. Staff all so very thoughtful.,This is the second time i have stayed at Sapodilla and would highly recommend staying here. Rooms are luxurious and it’s like a little oasis off the busy streets of Ubud.

The team are available for any needs and go above and beyond what is required of them. They make you feel as if nothing is too much. Centrally located in Ubud the hotel offers free transfers to the centre of the town and will pick you up again if needed. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Certainly the breakfast and shuttle to the nearby town center were convenient features. We appreciate the at will shuttles. Staff service was subject to personnel and if we can go along with her preferred service given. At the restaurant a lady seemed to be unhappy when I tried to understand the choices. minutes before getting on the Grab to depart, impression was shattered when I tried to verify the final bill. My question was ignored. Rather than respond directly to the question, she snapped and told me to sign. That was quite regrettable to have experienced that poor attitude. Consistancy was luxurious from staff to staff. Mosquitoes control was excellent. This was important and sure glad we were not feeding them.

Sapodilla Ubud is a true gem in the heart of Ubud. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, making my stay feel special from start to finish. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and set amidst peaceful tropical gardens—perfect for a relaxing getaway.

The breakfast menu is amazing, with plenty of delicious options to choose from each morning. Plus, the hotel is within walking distance to many great restaurants and cafes, which made exploring Ubud even better.

I especially loved the little touches like afternoon tea and the free shuttle to town. I can’t wait to come back—highly recommended!

Centrally located hotel with amazing hospitality, beautiful rooms and a fantastic pool. I like to walk more than taking cars/scooters, this hotel is located within walking distance to the monkey forest, markets etc. and have a free shuttle to assist everyone as well. Will absolutely stay here again when I am in Ubud!

This is a nice little hotel in Ubud (it’s IN the city, so good if you are planning to go to yoga, salons, shopping. If you want secluded jungle, this isn’t it). Bed is comfortable, pool is great and the courtyard is generally cute. Breakfast options are good. I loved the free shuttle that can drop you off and pick you up anywhere in town. Overall, great value for money.

Beautiful tucked in hotel in the centre of Ubud. Spacious rooms and surrounded by nature. The staffs were very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is served either in the restaurant or in your room with many great options. Overall, it was a lovely experience to stay at Sapodilla Ubud hotel.

Me and my partner had a fabulous stay in Sapodilla. Our host Rianti was so welcoming and helpful. The breakfast at Sapodilla is outstanding with so many options to choose from. The best hotel breakfast I have ever eaten. The hotel room was Beautiful and extremely clean. The pool was so scenic and a great space to relax. The location is perfect as there are loads of great restaurants and shops nearby plus it’s a short walk from the yoga barn studio or a very short drive in the hotel transfer. Overall we had a fabulous stay.

Staff were absolutely amazing!! Soooo helpful. Pool is beautiful, and our room was top notch.

Ubud에서의 2박을 정말 만족시켜준 숙소에요. 가족같이 친절한 직원분들, 훌륭한 조식과 편리한 시내 pick up, drop 서비스까지 Ubud 여행을 만끽할 수 있었습니다. 방도 넓고 깨끗하게 잘 관리되어 있어서 좋았습니다. 아침에 따스한 햇살과 파릇파릇한 광경에 눈을 뜰 수 있어서 행복했던 2박이었습니다.

The hotel location is not easily visible from the street and one has to look out for the signage. It provides complimentary shuttle to and from Ubud Centre. It also runs the adjacent Japanese restaurant which serves breakfast to hotel guests in the morning. Food from the restaurant is good. One can also find a lot of dining options along the same stretch of road.

We are impressed with the excellent services by the hotel staff who were very helpful and responded swiftly to our requests.

Some areas of improvements that the hotel management can consider are stronger water pressure from the shower facilities and brighter lighting in the room.

Sapodilla has become my home away from home. The warm and welcoming staff always go the extra mile, making every stay feel personal. Enjoying breakfast on my private balcony or in the restaurant is a lovely start to the day. Afternoons are spent relaxing by the pool, which is always at the perfect temperature. Located away from the bustling streets, Sapodilla offers a peaceful retreat. Nearby is good coffee at Mushroom Espresso, money changers, Jaens Spa ( a must-visit), and restaurants, it's the ideal location for relaxation and exploration.

Amazing hotel! The absolute best service with all staff going above and beyond. Rooms were spacious and so clean. Breakfast was way more than expected. Location was very central so very easy to get to the main streets, monkey forest and other attractions.

We loved Everything! Quiet oasis, even though it is close to a main road. Beautiful, well kept garden and pool. Extensive breakfast menu with delicious options and huge portion sizes.
Even for Balinese standards exceptionally friendly and welcoming staff, we were greeted by name everytime we entered the hotel (special mention to Eka and Putri at the reception desk). Easy organization of tours and transfers at a very reasonable price. Free shuttle bus to central Ubud, which is very convenient and a big bonus.
We highly recommend this hotel and would come back any time without hesitation!
