Nice short & sweet stay

Perfection
Pros:

We were 9 in 3 rooms.
Everything was perfect.
Rooms were very clean.
All equipments were great.
The restaurant next to the hotel was really good with high quality service.

Charming well priced hotel but needs pool or garden to sit out.
Pros:

Staff charming and friendly. Junior suite was great good AC comfortable bed. Quiet.

Pure veg restaurant meant no breakfast eggs so need to be ready for limited choices. . There is a bar next door for wider breakfast choices. And one can get a beer there and dinner.

Cons:

Hotel was great but city of Tanjevore has not much to see so 2 days covers it. It was hot so we had to stay at hotel during middle of the day but no outdoor area to sit and No pool. 3 days was too long. Missed finding walking streets. Area around bus station not interesting or pleasant to walk unlike North Indian cities.

Temples were wonderful but auto is needed. Streets around hotel not pleasant with heavy traffic.

Good location, friendly stuff.

Cons:

The breakfast should be served from 7 but it’s not. We had to leave at 7.30 but they were not ready with breakfast until 7.25

Prima hotel voor een nachtje Thanjavur…
Pros:

Onze kamer was veel beter dan we, afgaande op sommige matige reviews, verwacht hadden. Comfortabel, netjes en schoon, met goede bedden en een prima badkamer (alles werkte en zag er goed onderhouden uit). We zaten in een rustige vleugel aan de achterkant van het hotel, dus totaal geen overlast van het drukke verkeer. Het balkon was een fijne bonus, ook al stonden er geen stoelen op. In het hotel zit bovendien een goed vegetarisch restaurant (Sahana). De Brihadeeswara-tempel ligt op loopafstand, al voert de route ernaartoe langs een drukke en vieze weg (dus voor de terugweg hebben we een riksja genomen). Tot slot: erg vriendelijk personeel.

Ressonable hotel on central location
Pros:

Value for money, central location

Cons:

Noisy neighbourhood but interesting at the same time and centrally located. Breakfast was not attrsctive ag all for foreigners. Bathroom a bot oldish.

A comfortable, well-priced hotel close to Thanjavur’s palace and main temple
Pros:

Breakfast buffet was excellent! Easy walk to the palace. Appreciated having both veg and non-veg restaurants adjacent to the hotel. We asked the hotel to arrange a driver to our next location. The car and driver were both very good.

Nice comfortable hotel. Staff excellent
Pros:

The staff were very helpful. Room a nice size and bed linen lovely. Busy location but we knew it was near the bus station so we knew it would be busy. The breakfast was marvellous.

Cons:

The whole hotel was looking a little worn and jaded . It could do with a spruce up with the decor

I will definetly stay there only if I visit again
Pros:

The location was excellent being close to the Big temple and Palace.Breakfast was awesome and tasty and room was indeed comfortable.I will defintely stay there if i visit thanjavur and also recommend to friends

Decent, comfortable stay.

Big, comfortable room. Good breakfast.

Cons:

Rooms at the front are very noisy.
The hotel organised a driver for a day trip for us.
He was not a good driver and I had to navigate for him.
Not good value.
