I contacted the team to get information related to a reservation. Instead of providing the needed details directly, they kept redirecting the request to the booking team. Unfortunately, due to the short timeframe, the booking team was unable to handle it in time. This delay resulted in a loss of money and made the whole process unhelpful. Overall, the support was inefficient when quick action was required.

noisy but nice place

the room is nicely furnished and the staff is nice. not too far from the bts.
