Very comfortable clean rooms. Check-in was very quick and efficient (less than 3 min)
Pros:

Breakfast was good. There was a wide selection of foods to choose from.

Cons:

For myself I would have liked to see a few more "Western" options (eg. fried bacon, cold meats and cheeses) offered for breakfast

I would also like to see fresh fruit juices available rather than the artificial mixed fruit juices that were available from the juice dispenser.

The best hotel in the area
Pros:

One of the best hotels that I've been to.
According to the locals it is the best in that area.
The food was good, Gem was excellent. the room was amazing (20'th floor) with a good view. I enjoyed the hotel very much.

Nice room,shame about service and food

Hotel is located in the centre of very uninteresting downtown of Zhengcheng, right next to a Wanda mall, nothing else around. The hotel itself is nice,the room was spacious,comfortable, clean, lovely bed, nice bath and powerful shower,no int.TV channels. What surprised me was the lack of toilet roll in the reception toilet, the fact that smoking was allowed in some areas, price for a swimming cap in the health centre was extortionate (necessary to have one to use the pool), the pool itself was small, poorly lit with very cheesy cheap-looking lights (something seen in a backstreet music club, not a 5* hotel), no lifeguard. My biggest gripe is with the service and the buffet dinner though. Even though it was me who booked the room and paid for it, the receptionist failed to acknowledge my existence and spoke only to my husband(she spoke good English so I have no idea why she would ignore me), at the end of our stay she let us leave without charging us for dinner! If we weren't so honest and pointed it out, we could have easily walked out without paying.Clearly, not very focused or attentive staff, not to mention that she didn't even say Hello to us, not to mention smile.I know this is China but still..We tried to book a table for dinner over the phone-staff was rude.Buffet totally not worth the money.I can't call it international,no cheeses,pancakes or waffles,dry cakes,awfully runny curry, juice-not fresh and almost all hot food was seafood/fish.Room ok but go eat elsewhere.

入住前已經說不要吸煙樓層，我訂了八間房有四間編了我到吸煙樓層，成條走廊同房都充滿煙味，還見到有一間房開了門有十幾人在房內吸煙，我們即時落樓下投訴！另外房間廁所浴缸的花灑完全不能運作，淋浴間花灑水太慢，之前入住過其他地區的萬達集團酒店，依間是最差
