I needed a hotel close to where my friend lives. This was perfect.
Excellent customer service as soon as I arrived and throughout my stay.
Spotlessly clean, fantastic value for money.
Lovely restaurant.
Nothing.
Nice quiet location
The breakfast was good when cooked to order but disappointing when self service as not very hot if later down ....but choice of breakfast was excellent....
A couple of more choices in restaurant as no chicken option except curry ....
Buena ubicacion para moverte por la zona. Buenos trabajadores.
Se escuchaba todas las noches un ruido constante de golpes en cadena provenientes de del techo/pared que resultaba muy incomodo para dormir. No para el ruido. No eran otros huespedes. Era algo interno.
Easy to find, cheerful staff. Breakfast items overcooked so despite a fair choice, we're disappointing. Room warm and adequately equipped. Very good shower facility.
I stayed 3 nights to visit my family locally. Each evening, there was an event taking place (wedding, birthday party, other music based event) and my allocated room was a form of extension right above the event room. Hence I had to endure mind breaking disco booming lasting till midnight, followed by prolonged noises from staffing swing doors used to clear up the venue, making decent rest impossible. This was thoughtless planning by management because some zones in the hotel were protected from the racket and I could/should have been allocated a quiet room as I had requested. I had not been advised by the hotel of these events. This totally ruined my visit.
I love everything about this hotel. The location is perfect for a night out in Dunfermline or to go to the Alhambra theatre. I've stayed here a few times and will be back again in September.
The self service toaster at breakfast takes too long!
Very pleasant staff.
Nice spacious room.
Very clean.
Only 35 min walk from Dunfermline.
Great value for money.

Restaurant was lovely with great food. Staff were helpful and polite
The TV didn't work in my room. When I left the door handle broke and I couldn't close the door
I would have liked to see some fresh fruit salad
Pillows
Staff were great we stayed for a party. Buffet at party was excellent.
Room was tired and in need of some tlc. Light at mirror not working. Breakfast could have been better, things appeared to have been ready for a while even though we were first in.
The staff are always welcoming in all parts of your hotel. The decor in the hotel is lovely and the restaurant decor is beautiful. It's a brilliant location too. We were in an executive room which are slightly bigger than the double. Our TV didn't work but as the maintenance guy wasn't available straight away, we changed rooms which was great. Food in the restaurant is delicious and breakfast is normally buffet style but as there weren't so many guests the chef cooked us what we fancied.... Lovely stay.
We had an "executive room". The shower was dreadful within a bath with a bath curtain (which is clean - no mould!) kept sticking to your body whilst showering. If I'd needed to wash my hair it would've taken so long to get the shampoo out due to how awful the shower was! The bathroom in comparison to the room needed attention (chipped tiles, chipped enamel bath - looks tired and needs improvement) Last time we stayed our room was great but the bathroom/shower was also disappointing. They need to update the bathrooms in all the rooms.
The pillows aren't wonderful but we take our own so we always get a good night's sleep!
