Please note that due to the government imposed restrictions our buffet breakfast service has been suspended for the time being. In the meantime we are offering guests a packed bag breakfast that they can either take to their room to eat or enjoy on the go. We are very sorry for this change to our offering and hope to return to our buffet style service in the near future.

Great stay location brilliant clean lovely breakfast
Pros:

Lovely clean

Cons:

Was in room 101 the exit door from corridor has a very bright light above it and shone in room all night
Blackout blinds would have been great
As was waken up few times with light

Did not stay as the boiler was broken. Shame.
Pros:

Could not say as the hotel contacted me on the day of my stay to inform the boiler was broken and we could not stay. Lovely receptionist tried to transfer us but unfortunately the other hotel was not suitable.
Just waiting for my refund which I received a message to say it will be refunded but could take 20 days?? Bit of a long wait tbh.

Cons:

See above comment. Maybe next visit will be successful.

Highly recommend this hotel
Pros:

We stayed in the executive double room it was amazing this is our 2nd visit here and will definitely be back again. We ate in the restaurant for our dinner the 3 nights we stayed the food was amazing,although the lunch menu didn't have alot on it think they need to look to update it.The staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean throughout.

Friendly staff and helpful.

Cons:

There was work getting done and was told it would stop at night but I didn't they were fitting a new boiler next to our room and were banging and sanding still at 9.30/ 9.45 pm which was annoying.

Pros:

We had an exceptional stay would highly recommend the hotel all of the staff were so welcoming especially the young girl on reception thank you for a memorable stay
