We will definitely return, but I would happily pay more for a bigger quieter room and at the back.
Pros:

Food in restaurant was well priced and excellent, for both lunch and dinner. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean , bed comfortable and had everything you would need for an overnight stay Easy parking and excellent location Very easy drive into Dunfermline.
The B&B rates were excellent value, but I would happily pay more as detailed below

Cons:

Breakfast the first morning was not good. The hot buffet had obviously been sitting for hours and was dried up. The fried eggs were raw.. Coffee was stewed and lukewarm. Much better the second day . A very limited choice of cold table. Only 3 cereals, natural yoghurt, 2 fruit juices and no fruit.
Room 223 was very small, no space to to walk properly past the bed. mouldy grout in shower needs attention..Noisy as on main road

Excellent value for money, friendly staff, evening meal worth the price.
Pros:

Excellent value for money. Friendly and welcoming staff. The room i staying in was spacious, clean and comfortable. For my evening meal i had the steak and ale pie, it was well worth the £17, really nice. Breakfast was included, but, unfortunately I snoozed my alarm so I didn’t have time to try it. I will do next week because I have rebooked to stay again.

Cons:

The bathroom in the room I stayed in would benefit from updating.

Pros:

It was a nice clean place, plenty of parking, comfy beds with good sized bathroom. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was alright.

Cons:

The free WiFi didn't work at all, not even on the TV in the bedroom or on my phone, very disappointed in this.

Pros:

Comfy bed. Great shower but nowhere to put toiletries. Large car park.

Cons:

TV only gets 1 channel, BBC1 & no hdmi ports so we couldnt watch anything. Nowhere local to walk to. Bar v expensive

Ok for an overnight. Would not rebook.
Pros:

Comfy bed. Clean linen

Cons:

Small, tired room.
Shower needs a deep clean. Grimy. No plug in bathroom sink. Soap dispensers broken and off the wall.
Buffet breakfast wasn’t great. Not cooked to demand. Rock hard bacon & greasy eggs. Tea was hours old!

Pequeno-almoço muito pobre (pelos mínimos); quartos demasiado simples, chuveiros a funcionar mal com falta de manutenção; não tiveram o cuidado de ligar o aquecimento no meu quarto (todos os outros estavam ligados).

Good place to stay in mid Scotland

Barmaid on friday night was really helpful

Cons:

Couldn’t get shower to work - it was cold & only a trickle of water

Breakfast was good but couldn’t find how to make a cup of tea & no pastries available
