SpringHill Suites Jackson Hole

Johnathan at the front desk was very nice at check in. Included breakfast was great with a meat item (different each day) and a great assortment of bread products and waffles with lots of toppings. Great to start the day off before heading to Yellowstone. Rooms have been redone and are clean. Location is very close to the base of the Snowking Mountain gondola and is walking distance to everything. Just a note to be aware of, housekeeping is every other day but they will replace towels if needed. Parking at the time we went was free in the garage across the street but that will likely be changing soon. Overall wonderful stay.

We stayed at this wonderful hotel and had an absolutely flawless experience. The rooms were spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and equipped with very comfortable beds – perfect for a relaxing stay.
The on-site garage was also a big plus, with direct elevator access to the floors – incredibly convenient, especially when traveling with luggage or as a family.
Breakfast was a delightful surprise: rich, varied, and of excellent quality, with fresh, well-presented products.
A special mention goes to Brian, who welcomed us with great professionalism and kindness. From the very first moment, he was incredibly helpful, providing us with all the information we needed to make the most of our stay. His attention to detail and friendly attitude truly made us feel at home.
Highly recommended – we will definitely be back!

This is a very clean hotel with excellent service. Jackson hole is a very expensive area to begin with and although this hotel runs about $600/night it is still an excellent choice due to the cost of other hotels and the fact this hotel offers breakfast complimentary.

Good location and nice property.

This hotel is in a great location. The room was clean and quiet. The only con is the parking. If you can find a parking on the street, it is free. If not, you will have to park in the garage which is $22 a day. But I would stay here again.

Bathroom did not have a night light. To see to get there had to turn on bright light that wakes others. The sliding door has opaque glass emitting so much light. It could not be closed for a crack of light. Room set up was weird. Tv could not be seen in the sitting area. Only seen via bed. Parking was hit and miss. $22 to park under the hotel or public parking across the street and up a ramp. Will stay elsewhere for next visit to Jackson.

Great location

Sadly, while the rooms are very nice, new, and clean, the "through the wall" AC units are very loud. A great location, but a poor night's sleep due to the noise. Guests freely share this complaint on property and I don't understand why I have not read about it more in the reviews. The front dest could offer no relief and confirmed that there is no fix unless the AC units are replaced. Not up to Marriott standards.

Ok hotel with an ok buffet breakfast. Rooms were clean and in a good location. Nice gym. Not worth $1,000 per night. I would not recommend for that price.

We had an amazing experience here. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. The coffee and tea cart was available all day and was great to come back to from the snow outside. The rooms were clean and quiet. Perfect walking distance from town. We all had a great time.

Excellent, clean, friendly, modern, updated,good parking! Great location in Jackson, 3-4. blocks from square. Rooms are large with tremendous layout, reading table, coffee bar, ect. Nic co Continual breakfast. Meeting rooms, heated swimming pool. All one needs- explore!

Truly an amazing experience. The staff was fantastic- helpful and patient! The hotel was the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The location was awesome. You could walk to town for dinner and shops. They have onsite parking, but we were able to secure street parking each night. Please be prepared if you are a SpringHill Suites enthusiast- our room (King) was smaller than other ones we have stayed in, but this would not stop me from

Very clean and comfortable hotel with a good location in town, quick walk to restaurants. The assistant general manager who checked us in was very nice and accommodating.

We recently enjoyed a two-night stay in this hotel. Our suite with one king bed was generously sized with a separate couch, desk and bar fridge. Brian at the front desk was particularly helpful with restaurant recommendations. The breakfast was surprisingly serviceable and included hot eggs and protein, as well as fruit and make-your-own pancakes, along with continental items. If driving, you can park in the parking garage across the street for free. The hotel location is good for walking to any of the nearby retail or restaurants.

Stayed here while visiting Grand Teton National Park. It was a wonderful location with friendly service & clean rooms. Would definitely stay again

Great service. The manager called our room at 8:15am about a problem over payment. The individual that checked us in did not run our card through the credit card machine. No problem would have happened if the card was run during the check in process. This could have waited till later in the day. Did not like being woke up by a phone call that early on vacation.
