"Very bad staff attitude. No towel and no floor mat were provided. The reason given was that the towels were ‘not dry yet.’ From night until morning there was no update. Staff were also rude, answering questions with arrogance as if we owed them RM10k. At midnight, staff made noise with another customer until police had to be called to the hotel. Very unprofessional service."

Cockroach Hotel

After check-in i noticed toilet, mirror table, bed is full of cockroaches; informed receptionist but only spray has given and be informed to to spray and let the door open 1 after. I just follow what receptionist said. Once I enter to the room again all cockroach dancing on my bed. Guys I cancel the booking and check out from the room immediately since room change not provided at first place. Kindly refund my money
