Unfortunate experience
Pros:

Food and other shops nearby.

Cons:

Staff behavior is unfriendly and illiterate. Room light terrible. Room is closed and some room doesn't have windows also small. Don't honor online booking. I paid tourism tax along with room rent when booking through booking. Com. They didn't honor it and paid again at the asset during check in. They gave close rooms without cleaning. I had to pay more money for better room.
