Pros:

Кондиционеры отлично работали, тихо. Жильё расположено вдали от шума и суеты, близко к пляжу, от отеля есть скидка на пляжные зонты и лежаки. Есть лифт. Хозяева дружелюбные и приветливые. На День рождения подарили бутылку вина

Cons:

Плохая шумоизоляция, наш номер находился на первом этаже, утром мы просыпались от шума внизу и вверху от соседей. Не было большого ножа, а так же мусорных пакетов( только один на 7 дней), но если попросить , не отказывали.

Хорошая и чистая квартира. Матрас в спальне очень классный.
Сейф в спальне. До моря и пляжа метров 300, не напрягает прогулка. Рядом железная дорога, но её слабо слышно. Понравился санузел, окно большое )))). Хозяева очень дружелюбные и отзывчивые.

Cons:

Не было подключения интернета в телевизоре.

Pros:

Remek elhelyezkedés, kb.3 perc a strand, állatbarát,közelben élelmiszerüzletek, éttermek. Jól működött a klíma, csendes volt a környék és az apartmanház is. Van lift. Az apartman tiszta volt, a személyzet pedig kedves és segítőkész.

Cons:

Talán az, hogy, az 5.emeleti apartmanban a hideg víz nyomása már kicsi, csak csordogál a csapból. De ez csak minimális kényelmetlenséget okozott.

Mi è piaciuto molto l' appartamento, pulito e carino. I propietari persone gentilissime sempre pronte ad aiutarti basta chiedre.a noi durante il soggiorno ci si era anche guastata la macchina e abbiamo chiesto al propietario se poteva accompagnare mio marito a riprenderla dal meccanico e si è reso disponibile subito. Di una gentilezza infinita . L' ospitalità che contraddistingue i romagnoli .comodo anche il parcheggio a poca distanza dalla struttura per chi volesse usufruire del parcheggio gratuito altrimenti può usare quello sotterraneo della struttura pagando una quota giornaliera.la struttura è vicina a ogni servizio di prima necessità , supermercati, farmacia , ristoranti ecc....la struttura mette a disposizione degli ospiti al costo di 5€ anche la possibilità di fare le lavatrici .poi hanno dei carrelli con i quali potete portare i bagagli nel vostro appartamento senza fare fatica . Ogni cosa è pensata per far godere all' ospite una vacanza in pieno relax

In realtà non ce nulla che non mi sia piaciuto ma se propio devo essere sincera qualcosa da sistemare ce. Sarebbero più comode le cassette con il manico per raccogliere lo sporco quando uno spazza il pavimento con la scopa e un mocio al posto dello straccio , nell' appartamento mancavano i prodotti essenziali per pulire , infatti li abbiamo dovuti comprare. Ho portato da casa anche un paio di spugne perchè l' appartamento ha solo in dotazione la spugnetta per i piatti e il detersivo piatti .stop. poi per fortuna mi ero portata da casa anche un paio di forbici perchè mancavano . Piccole cose che però sono utili per il soggiorno.

Fantastic value for the price
Pros:

Everything you need to have a good stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. I stayed with my wife and 3 kids. Very close to the beach. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay a few days close to the beach with their family.

Clean. And most importantly the ac works like wonders, 1 ac in each room!

Apartament zgodny z opisem, przestronny, czysty, aneks kuchenny dobrze wyposażony, klimatyzacja. Lokalizacja świetna: blisko plaża, restauracje, sklep, apteka, komunikacja miejska, a jednocześnie przy apartamencie spokojnie i cicho. Właściciele bardzo sympatyczni i pomocni. Dostępne rowery dla gości. Byliśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu.

Velmi milí a usměvavý majitelé. Nic nebyl problém. Skvělá káva a výborná služba půjčení jízdních kol zdarma. Místo bylo klidné, kousek od pláže a mnoha restaurací, barů atd... Na doporučení pana majitele jsme zvolili pláž Sunday beach, která byla hlavně pro děti výborná.
Doporučuji připlatit si za parkování v objektu, na ulici se místo pravděpodobně najde, ale není to moc komfortní.

Soggiorno tranquillo e piacevole, come lo cercavamo.
Pros:

La struttura in generale, ha soddisfatto le nostre esigenze. Soprattutto, l'accoglienza dei gestori è stata eccezionale. Il fatto che la conduzione è a livello familiare, dà una marcia in più a tutto il contesto.
Non so se può riguardare gli altri appartamenti, ma per la nostra esperienza aggiungerei qualche prodotto in più per la pulizia giornaliera della cucina e delle superfici in generale. Ma non è una circostanza che cambia il giudizio complessivo.
