Brilliant staff, beautiful hotel and great location for visiting marlow and Henley
Pros:

The hotel was amazing , even better than expected . The staff wee brilliant, especially reservations manager Chloe who helped with decorating one of the rooms for my mums birthday. The Japanese food in the restaurant was delicious , can’t fault this place!

Quiet and understated excellence. Every interaction showed a depth of quality training and consistency.
Pros:

Perfect in every way. The staff were genuinely welcoming and couldn’t do enough. The attention to detail and the quality of fixtures and fittings was second to none. Will be booking for a longer stay in the future.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike. I stay in a lot of hotels around the world and this is in my top 3 during the last 10 years.

Beautiful boutique hotel
Pros:

Hotel was beautifully furnished impeccable clean. Beds were very comfortable and rooms were very quiet. We were in Room 3 away from the road which was lovely. Only criticism is although a very generous continental breakfast, for this standard of hotel you would expect the cooked option to be included in the rate. We also felt the hotel lacked a cosy sofa area to sit and enjoy a drink. In the summer outside is available but when it’s cold there needs to be somewhere inside rather than amongst people dining in the restaurant.
