It was okay for the place. But they can improve their hospitality

It was just okay

Cons:

They could improve their facilities, especially the bathroom for a disabled person.
The wooden chair to sit on in the bathroom was broken. The drainage system didnt work properly, resulting in the whole floor getting wet.
There was no kettle, when the lady brought the kettle, when she brought the kettle, there was no coffee / tea, when she brought the sachets, there was no teaspoons.
Its a double room, but there was only one towel.
