Good

What was advertised on the booking sites for the chosen room and what I got didn’t match. The manager was very gracious and went out of his way to make my stay in Kathmandu a pleasant one.

First time for us to Nepal and we stayed 2 nights at Kathmandu Garden Home Hotel before trekking to EBC. Comfort bed, wide room, responsive staffs. Delicious Breakfast gave us more energy before doing long trip.

Property managed... We beautiful garden and love the bar.... Wonderful

Amazing atmosphere despite noise area !..

The side street is quiet(er), while it's still right by Thamel and the main road. The courtyard and surrounding buildings are nice, room big and clean. The receptionist was very nice and welcoming and sorted out my mistake of booking the wrong date with no issue. The other staff were also very nice and helpful.

I had very nice stay at this hotel. Comfortable bed, clean room with balcony working Air condition, Clean attached bath room, running hot and cold water, uninterrupted wifi, nice small garden and walking distance to main market(Thamel).
This hotel is located very near to tourist bus park of(Pokhara, Chitwan, Lumbini). Highly recommended If you plan to travel on tourist bus to Pokhara, Chitwan and Lumbini.

Super Friendly staff, Nice garden, proximity to main market thamel and tourist bus park. Comfortable bed, no issue on hot water, Wi Fi and AC. Hair dryer on request and nice buffet breakfast. Located on very quite area in thamel.
Recommended to all.

The property was located in a quiet street but handy to Thames, staff were very friendly and helpful, facilities were Clean and everything functioned. Food was also good, worth staying at.

Considering the actual situation in Nepal, this hotel is OK and more convenient to shop.

Excellent location, Nice staff, Good value of Money and Good facilities in room.
I booked Deluxe single room,garden view which was nice. They don't allow to smoke in the room but you can smoke in balcony. I am chain smoker so i went balcony frequently.
During my stay there was no problem with hot water, Air condition, Internet and TV but they only provide thermos in room so i needed to call room service to refill it.
They also arrange day tour and vehicle arrangement
Over all my stay at this hotel was good.
recommended to all budget traveler.

It was good but hotel management should take care of the customer more.

The staff endeavored to be helpful but that didn't compensate for a bad shower, no tidying of the room on day two, no bottled water after the first day and a bad location - far from the Thamel on a street undergoing construction, with dogs barking incessantly.
I was scheduled to stay another night next week, but cancelled, due to all of the above.

I really enjoy this place. Even crazy busy kathmandu is around, when you are in the hotel its feel so relaxing. I was very glad to choose this hotel because was a relieve after be outside jusg came back and relax.

The staff is helpful but need little bit more of English, still always smiling and ready to help you.

Breakfast a la carte was nice, room service is not 24 hrs as I read somewhere, but many places around to eat, shop and drink.

I recommend this place because for the price that you pay is totally worth it.

Nice location in Paknajol on the very western edge of Thamel, the hotel is very clean, modern, has good facilities. The breakfasts were always good with plenty of choice

Pleasant stay and good price. Beautiful courtyard garden. Breakfast was good and hotel staff was courteous and helped me locate ATM, spa, etc. nearby. My only complaint was that there was a group of men staying below my room who were up all night (until 3 AM) making a lot of noise. Not the hotel's fault obviously though.

It was great experience! Comfortable stay, quiet and clean room, Staffs are friendly and helpful.

Manager quoted us on e-mail Rps700 extra for airport pick-up but driver didn't show up. After waiting for about 45 minutes, we took a pre-paid cab to hotel. At hotel, manager apologized and upgraded our room. Room was clean and bedsheets looked tidy. Old bathroom door was very hard to open and close. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Hotel was very noisy in the middle of the night because stray dogs couldn't stop barking, and renovation workers next building were hammering and hacking early in the morning. Road to the hotel was slippery, wet and full of mud (and I saw a dead pigeon). The only good thing about the hotel was the breakfast. Hot buffet with bacons, eggs and waffles.
