It is hard to find a good bathtub in Mexico except at the really expensive resorts. Our room had a fantastic bath and this was our second stay The staff is wonderful and very helpful too.

The hotel needs more parking places

We wanted to see guadalajara, turned out i booked this hotel for four nights instead of three..
The front desk people are very nice. A small pool that can take care of your long day touring. No food in this hotel but the area has a lot of good food options for breakfast, lunch and dinners.

Clean, and friendly

I never met any friendlier hotel staff before. They were so kind to me. I was traveling alone the first days before my partner arrived. And they made sure that I felt as safe and comfortable as possible. Even when I had a bad day (caused by migraine) they made sure I got a even more quite room than the room that I had before, without charging me more. They helped me find a covid test station and even walked with me there to make sure that I got the correct price of the test, since I don’t speak any Spanish. One of the days I had the pool to myself and that was so nice. I have to say, I’m blown away be the kindness of this hotel and their staff, I would highly recommend it! I felt safe as a woman walking around in the neighborhood, going to cafes and restaurants. There is also a small supermarket (Oxxo) just walking distance from the hotel. Go and visit this hotel if you’re looking for a nice and quite stay in Guadalajara. There is a construction site around the hotel but you didn’t hear it in your room.

Lovely experience. Great bed with a lovely view. Kindness and guidance as we stumbled through with our limited Spanish. Treated with welcome and super hospitality.

Wonderful stay so we added an extra night!! They even accommodated our food intolerances for breakfast. The bed was super comfy and cozy!!!

No tienen service room, la alberca esta muy chica y en la sombra en caso de que lleves pequeños, el desayuno incluido solo son hot cakes no hay mas variedad.

Terrible experience.
Had to switch rooms 3 times (on a 2 night stay)
On the last day of my stay I came back to the hotel and the entrance was locked, I rang the bell, called the hotel several times and no one would answer the phone or open the door. I literally had to jump the fence (otherwise I would miss my trip back home)
The receptionist didn’t even apologize nor was he helpful he just sat behind the desk saying he never heard the bell or the phone rang.
Truly bad experience.

Le estancia fue agradable aunque hubo un fin de semana que hubo que hablar a recepción porqué habia gente a medianoche en el área de alberca escandalizando

Only issue was check-in took about half an hour. Otherwise everything was perfect. Quiet and small with nice pool area patio. In an area with lots of great restaurants.

El servicio del Hotel pésimo en especifico por el recepcionista de la noche, una actitud prepotente, grosero, sin educación, la primera noche que llegamos fue de madrugada y el establecimiento no cuenta con lugar de estacionamiento, y los poco lugares que tienen los reservan para los amigos del dueño.
Cero recomendable el lugar, las fotos no son nada que ver con lo que tiene el espacio. Sobrevendieron las habitaciones. La limpieza de los cuartos solo la hacen cada 3er día que por medidas de Covid, cuando creo que debería ser al revés. Lo único rescatable del Lugar es la señora de la limpieza y personal matutino que si saben que deben un servicio al cliente. No cuentan con restaurante o cafetería.

El hotel tiene buenas instalaciones , la habitación es pequeña , poco espacio para Closets , su cama es cómoda , buen desayuno .
Lo que no me gusto fue que no hicieron la limpieza
