für einen Kurzaufenthalt ok
Pros:

Das wirklich umfangreiche Frühstücksbuffet und das ausgesprochen freundliche und umsichtige Servicepersonal. Das nicht überlaufene Schwimmbad.
Das Hotel ist zwar schon in die Jahre gekommen, man ist aber schnell im Zentrum und der Ausblick vom Balkon und vom Frühstücksraum ist toll. Für den Parkplatz gegenüber dem Hotel sollte man Kleingeld bei sich haben ( keine Kartenzahlung möglich und es gibt auch kein Restgeld ).

Cons:

Das wrklich schöne Panorama war durch die extrem schmutzigen Fenster wie im Nebel zu sehen.
Das Personal an der Rezeption scheint nicht wirklich motiviert zu sein und ist dementsprechend "freundlich"

Wir hatten dort eine sehr schöne Zeit und freuen uns auf den nächsten Besuch.
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind zwar etwas antik, alldings passend zum Ambiente. Alles ist sehr sauber und gemütlich. Der Ausblick ist atemberaubend auf den Watzmann. Das Frühstück ist reichlich mit viel Auswahl am Büfett und lässt fast keine Wünsche offen. Alles Speisen sind frisch und sehr lecker.

Cons:

Es gibt sehr viele Treppen. Wenn man nicht gut zu Fuß ist, ist dieses Hotel nicht für Sie geeignet. Zum ersten Stock geht es auch nur per Treppe, den 2. und 3. Stock kann man dann per Aufzug erreichen. Persönlich hat uns dies nicht sehr gestört, wenn man allerdings viel zu schleppen hat, kann einem hier die Puste ausgehen.

Very nice stay in a historic building.
Pros:

This is a old building, but all the amenities have been nicely updated. Our (second) room was nice sized(the first room was a bit small). Beds very comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Front desk folks were very helpful and attentive. Large parking lot across the road worked well (free between 17:00 and 10:00). About 12minutes walk to the center of the old town.

Cons:

Elevator access only from 1st floor up (and about 40 steps up from the street level), but the young guy at the front desk helped as with our luggage (we're older travelers).

No AC. Our first room was facing west, with great views of the peaks. But it was too hot, so we gave up the view and moved to another room away from the sun.

Wifi was spotty. We ended up getting access to a second (staff) wifi that worked better

Nice, quaint hotel in a beautiful setting
Pros:

The view was beautiful. Accessible to all the sites we wanted to visit. Staff was courteous and professional. The garage parking was close and we were glad to have it!

Great location and comfortable! However, hot, need to bring own fan.
Pros:

Everything was great. Location is ideal and nearby opt town and all restaurants. Also close to Konigssee and hiking trails.

Cons:

Challenging to get luggage to the rooms. No air conditioning, need to bring a fan with.
