Memorable for every family looking to enjoy the scenery and surroundings of Mt. Fuji!
Pros:

The free breakfast and dinner were actually a very pleasant surprise. I was with family who lived in Japan for years and they made mention that the meals were authentic. I enjoyed the meals thoroughly.

Cons:

Would have been nice to have an alternating menu for dinner and breakfast to have something to look forward to daily. While the food was very enjoyable, offering different meals would have made it even more enjoyable and would have added to the positive experience even more. The drink bar could use an upgrade via more options like neat whiskey and gin.

歩いて湖に行こうと思ったのですが、道が分からず遠くまで歩いたので、幼児はヘトヘトでした。

Pros:

子供の運動合宿の付き添いで夫婦で利用させていただきました。施設は少し古く、新館利用でしたが、エレベーターはなく大きな荷物を運ぶのが大変なのと、大浴場まで歩いていくのが、お部屋備え付けの紙スリッパだと心許ない感じでした。
フロントスタッフの対応がとても丁寧で、柔らかく、早朝から少し観光をしたいと相談すると、忍野八海と花の都公園を教えていただき、とても満足の行く旅になりました。
