Rooms were clean, staff were very helpful and warm, food was good

We like the most of the size of room, the way we wanted family room for 4 of us.. that was amazing and very specious and very comfortable, staff was very helpful and always smiley, kitchen chefs are very good, they cooked food very good, very testy. Overall very good, always some or the other things here and there, but some of the things can be ignore, so we recommend to everyone, either family or couples, it's near by all the facilities, prime location and near to the market and beach. WE were so happy, and we enjoyed a lot.

It's not easy to like things about this place but the staff was good. Please see the cons before booking, especially paying this price.
The place need a huge renovation.
- we had white mold on the walls in the room.
- we had lots of black mold in the wardrobe.
- it was not clean at all, so much dust/dirt, especially on the walls.
- the place is next to the road and it was a gap in the window which gave loud noise in the room.
- it was not possible to close the curtains fully so lots of light in the room early morning.
- breakfast was very limited, and had no coffee.
- the safety box was not fixed to the wall so no reason to use it.
- no good parking.
- no sign on the outside so it was hard to find.
For paying this price they need to improve a lot!
Rooms are spacious and clean. Mr Francis is supportive. Check in was given on time.

As per the hotels cost, it's over costly.
The support we received from the top management of the hotel who got involved and got us a higher value room for cheaper value as there were some booking issues. The room was clean, big and we had a comfortable stay.
Make sure if you are booking from other sides, please call the property in advance and confirm your booking. Also, there was a request for TV channels not working. I requested multiple times but they did not get that fixed.

Good facilities. Courteous, helpful and polite staff. Breakfast and dinner were delicious and excellent. I would rate my family's and my experience at Hotel Calangute Central at 10 out of 10 OR 5 stars out of 5 stars.
There's nothing I didn't like. In fact, I loved the entire stay.
The room was big
The Bathroom was very bad.
The water was choked up.
The hot water was not coming.
