St Anns Square Apartments

Brilliant location, clean and tidy all we needed for our stay.

The apartment was fab! Location is great too and we had no problems with noise. Trying to get hold
of someone prior to visiting was a nightmare! Room wasn’t ready to check in at 2pm but they placed our bags in apartment. Closest parking is NCP Deansgate - £25 for 24 hours. Will use again for sure.

It’s a just few minutes walk to a huge shopping mall: Manchester Arndale Shopping Mall, 10-15 minutes walk to Victoria train station. The apartment is large and reasonable clean. The reception Mr. Ali was really helpful, he helped for storing our luggage before and after check-in.
However, please prepare your tools if you need cooking there, for example knife, towel and a scissors etc, they provide tableware, cookware, kitchenware and cutting board.

The apartment was perfectly located in the city centre, close to transport links and lots of bars and restaurants. Tip - we recommend you check out Barton Arcade next door for cafes selling lovely breakfasts. The apartment was clean and bright. There was an espresso machine and complimentary water, orange juice and milk on arrival. My only negatives were there was nowhere to put toiletries in the bathroom and the WiFi wouldn’t connect properly. Other than that a great stay and we would definitely recommend.

Fantastic property and great concierge service, only downside was noise from corridors throughout the night and no air conditioning or ventilation in bedroom, which resulted in very little sleep as it was too hot.

Stay was wonderful, apartment is spacious and clean, very confortable - recommend to all.

Great location in the centre of Manchester with a Christmas market just outside. Apartment was very clean, however several improvements could be made and there seems to be a lack of attention to detail

Code to enter the building worked when I let the other guest in, when I returned about 15 minutes later the code didn't work despite several attempts, no one on reception to help. I had to wait outside in the cold. There are buzzers for the apartments listed 1 - 6 but the apartments have names rather than numbers. Had to wait for the other guest to eventually come down to look for me. Bath/shower - soap holders cannot be reached if you have a bath. No shelf for toiletries despite plenty of space. Floors look nice but you can hear everyone walking up the stairs and in other apartments. Washing machine but no dishwasher - no plug in kitchen sink, no tea towel.

The apartment is clean and modern in a very convenient part of the city right in St Anne's Square. The decor is comfortable and has a great kitchen and 2 bath/shower rooms.
The only down side was it was very cold in the evening as the heat was on a timer I think but hopefully this will be changed.

The apartment wasn’t very clean, the floors hadn’t been mopped properly since the previous guest and the loung and kitchen area stank like a curry house.

This is exceptional, I couldn't praise this place enough. Superb value for money.
Added bonus outside a Xmas market.
You couldn't be nearer the heart of City, free parking and railway just over a mile away

Disappointed about the noise. It was hard to sleep due to slamming of other apartment doors and footsteps. Also there was supposed to be house keeping service but they never came. There is not a reception staff on clock and we had to wait till someone came to open the front door to just check in about 15 min later.

Hi- tech apartment, beautifully furnished. Unfortunately the iPad provided wasn't charged, so couldn't access everything. No tea towel or kitchen roll provided so although we could wash up, we had to leave everything on the draining board.
Overall though, the apartments are lovely and the position is great for a city weekend.

There was no one there when I arrived and had to call the people, who then took 10 minutes to arrive. I was awoken by the street cleaners at 3.00am and could not go back to sleep for the noise. My PA paid the hotel bill before I arrived and they took payment again. I am still awaiting a refund.

Apartment lovely looking and so clean, bedrooms gorgeous and beds so comfy, with luxurious bedding. Location great, v easy to find. Toiletries nice. However;
- Master suite shower leaked through the skirting boards into the dressing room area,
- Master suite is quite a noisy bedroom as it overlooks St Anns Square. Can't be helped in a city centre location I suppose, but windows aren't double glazed so sound isn't blocked out at all. So don't expect a good night sleep if staying in this room!
- Staff were present at check-in and check-out but that was it. We didn't see a concierge or another member of staff at any other point.
- Dont expect much in terms of light refreshments - 3 small orange juices and a little bottle of milk doesn't really cover 6 people. But we appreciated the gesture.
- Kitchen bin is tiny, so bring bin bags!

First class service from start to finish. Easy check in. Apartment is a cracker and I think would suit 2 couples just as much as 2 singles. Excellent facilities with great added touches like fresh water,milk and fresh orange left in the fridge, free coffee and tea and free wi fi. Superb location too. Cant fault it

These apartments are gorgeous. Spotlessly clean and super high tec.
Max was very welcoming. He showed us around and made sure we had his number for any potential problems.
There was water, milk and orange juice in the fridge which was a nice touch, plus a basket full of biscuits.
The apartment had everything you might need, including iron, hair dryer and even an iPad.
Comfy beds and great showers.
The location is second to none, bars and shops literally right outside and the arena was only 5-10 minutes walk away.
These apartments are a real find and we'll definitely be back.

Excellent location & 1st class facilities. Only downside was they would not let us leave our luggage after checkout while we went shopping so we had to take them round with us

Me and three other friends highly recommend it, apartment was very spacious, clean and high level of comfort. In ideal location, with short walk to Manchester arena. Highly recommended.
