We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The entertainment team was absolutely amazing – energetic, friendly, and always making sure that guests had a great time. Their activities and shows were fun, professional, and created a fantastic atmosphere throughout the holiday.

I would also like to thank the reception staff, especially the ladies at the front desk. They were always welcoming, helpful, and professional. Every question or request was handled with a smile, making us feel comfortable and valued from the moment we arrived until our departure.

Thank you all for your hard work and dedication. You made our vacation truly memorable, and I would be happy to return in the future. Highly recommended!

We travelled to the Numa Bay hotel as part of a sports trip with a group of 20. The hotel was immaculately clean, the food was excellent and all the facilities were great. Pools nice and clean and with plenty of loungers. Lots of options for places to eat and types of food. All the staff were so helpful too, from the excellent team at guest services to the restaurant staff and the cleaners. Victor at guest services could not have been any more helpful - thank you! All in all wonderful trip and highly recommend, thank you!

Amazing hotel, we are first time in Turkey. Will definitely come back again, special tbanks to all Guest relation team Renata, Anita, Diana thank a lot for your help.

The room was clean, staff were fantastic and looked after us very well. Food was first class. No complaints from us!

Family of 4 , 2 adults 2 kids (13&7) hotel is beautiful, perfect location close to local shops & resturants.
Rooms are very modern we had a pool view standard this was a double bed , single bed and a pull up bed this was fine for us as we dont spend alot of time in the room plenty of space. P.s bring your own hair dryer.
Food in the hotel is really good there is something for everyone , The Avenu was our favorite part as the food was so good burgers, wraps, baked potatoes and pasta plenty of choice !!
Staff in the hotel are very friendly Dean - guest relations through the day is a great help so friendly and was a great help always checking we were happy with everything and if we needed anything such a nice guy!
Victor is evening guest relations he is also very friendly my son loved him such a nice guy.
Pool bar - Ali made the holiday at the pool he is so friendly and welcoming always making us laugh he is such a nice guy!!
We are looking to return to the hotel again next October we'll worth a visit !!.

Fabulous Hotel ,Great for families

We stayed here from 5th to 12th October to celebrate our 32nd wedding anniversary. This was our first holiday to Turkey. It was a late flight and our arrival time was 10pm, and with a two hour transfer time, we thought we would be going to bed with empty stomachs, but how wonderful to find out when we booked in at the hotel that a buffet was laid on in the corner of the dining room for late arrivals, so a bite to eat and a drink at the 24 hour lobby bar was very welcome.

The room was spacious and very clean, with a fantastic sea view from the balcony. It also had a hanging rail in the wardrobe which was high enough to take long dresses, which isn't always the case these days. We found the quick route to the 'adults only' pool which was lovely, and we met some nice people to talk to around the pool. There were always sunbeds available, although some people still put their towels on the sunbeds early in the morning!

My husband is very staid with his food, English cooked dinners or anything with chips, but he still found something to satisfy him each day. The cocktails were great, and good service at all the bars, didn't have long queues either.

The shows were good, but with it being October, it was a bit nippy sitting at the outdoor stage. If we had researched the temperatures more before we went we would have taken a light jacket or fluffy cardigan to pop on for the shows. I was disappointed that the karaoke wasn't on during the week we were there.

The staff were absolutely wonderful, but a special word for Elif who befriended us and was so helpful and chatty too, such a lovely girl. Martin was very friendly, so was Dean. Eray and Victor looked after us particularly well at the Lobby bar, and Haken, the night manager, was very friendly and chatty too. All of these members of staff made our holiday great. The only downside we felt was the two hour transfer from the airport, although the driver stopped half way at a shopping centre where we could use the toilets or buy food, etc. But despite the long transfer, we will definitely stay at this hotel again

Food - Good variety in main buffet, themed dinners every night. Excellent snack choices throughout the day.

Drink - Plenty of bars, queues never more than 5mins. Cocktails were slightly poor but beer and spirits were great.

Rooms - we stayed in the main block, 2nd floor facing an empty space and another hotel in the distance. No issues with noise from our hotel or guests, music stopped at 11pm. Rooms were modern and cleaned daily, sheets changed multiple times. Cleaner was very friendly!

Entertainment - Daily entertainment both at the pool during the day and at the stage at night. Main shows were at the stage, good fun and ended around 9pm. This is usually when kids went back into hotel and the beach bar down the bottom had further entertainment e.g bingo, karaoke, live bands etc. This was where we were most nights and it was lovely!

Overall a great stay but a few improvements to be made regarding the à la carte. We booked to have dinner at the sea front restaurant and although notifying the hotel of my partners nut allergy, we were told we would not be able to dine there. This was changed by Dean who said he had spoken to the chefs, but on arrival there were dishes with nuts on them. Lack of communication. Drink quality could be slightly better, but overall a great holiday and would recommend to both families and couples

Improvements made to the hotel this year look excellent and I would absolutely recommend this hotel, as it was great before!
