Best all Inclusive I have ever been too, best entertainment, best food. Can not fault this hotel. I would come back here in a heartbeat.

We came family here my kids enjoyed a lot in the numbo club the staff there they are so kind they try their best to make the childrens happy with different activities and i will give big thanks for Laura from the mini club my kids loved her so mush.
And also not forget the other entertainment team they made our holidays fantastic they have great program day and night.

Most amazing week with fam!!!! Wide variety of food and never ending pools and fun for all ages.
Particularly enjoyed piano bar, lovely atmosphere and amazing staff!!!
The hotel is clean and presentable in both rooms and communal areas, but there’s not much wow factor to the entrance which is twinned with service you get on check-in.
The check-in experience felt sterile, lacking any warmth of service and not that helpful for families who have had incorrect allocation of rooms (the other family in our party). We heard of multiple families that didn’t have enough beds in their rooms or our friends whom were forced to “upgrade” to a one bedroom room instead of interconnecting rooms.
There was a very limited explanation at check in pointing to a QR code fact sheet (which might I add half of the timings are incorrect). It was like they couldn’t be bothered or didn’t have the multi lingual expertise on front desk to cater for different nationalities.
There are some exceptionally warm staff in the hotel (housekeeping, bar staff and some people at restaurants that helped getting tables for our large party) but there are some whom are less so. The check-in staff need work the most. Service needs to be consistent and helpful to be five star. It’s the little things like smiling and greetings that are lacking - most interactions are very transactional in nature.
One à la carte per week is vaguely written on fact sheets and your website is misleading (and not typical of other five star resorts where you are allowed one à la carte per restaurant not total). This is not typical of other five star resorts where this is commonplace. When explained by guest relations, it was apparently because the hotel is very full. However, instead it rather feels like the hotel has developed far too fast - and is too large for the à la restaurant facilities on offer (we overheard staff saying the hotel was half the size a year ago).
The hotel is trying to be sustainable but not really succeeding. There are recycling bins but not even staff separate plastics from other waste. Water is all in plastic bottles. There are no refillable water stations either. Basic measures that other hotel chains are often doing to prove they are actively trying to be sustainable (not just writing a policy).
The resort feels like a concrete jungle filling every nook and cranny of their plot with “stuff”, but is lacking many green areas or open space. Yes they have palm trees and borders but it feels far too cramped in a small plot where natural landscape has been deprioritised. Feels very artificial and over-developed, due to the resort growing too rapidly in size in a very narrow plot (which isn’t their fault). It just lacks design consideration.
The food varieties in restaurants are repetitive and cuts of meat are low quality. Butterflied chicken at every meal with hundreds of bones, or sinewy beef entrecôte “steak”) is standard at every buffet. The desserts never have labels because they always have zero intentional flavour (just artificially coloured gelatinous concoctions in a variety of lurid colours).
For someone with an onion allergy (which I appreciate is rare) it is difficult to cater in Mediterranean cuisine. So I don’t expect there to be loads of variety and I work around it. There are attempts with QR codes to list out ingredients which is great and for coeliac and gluten free it had dedicated stations which is great.
I was given a spiel by guest relations who were very kind and helpful for my onion allergy. I had to sign a waiver (but this all felt very transactional in the end to cover themselves not a genuine desire to cater given my experience of à la carte restaurants).
For à la carte restaurants you have to supply your food order for your party before booking which felt antiquated. There was apparently no availability in the whole of first week of our stay either (lucky we were staying 11 nights). However we spoke to another group and were given one on their second night.
Given we had to give our food orders ahead of time I was given the impression that they would prepare dishes to cater to my allergy. However, both restaurants visits had issues. At the Manual Turkish restaurant I was told what things did and didn’t contain onion which was great. However, over three quarters of the dishes prepared had onion in which was disappointing given they had ample time and opportunity to make adaptions (that were promised but not delivered).
They don’t serve good quality international brand spirits and drinks at every bar, only the new piano bar; where cocktails are much better quality than everywhere else. Their staff
Animation team are great - really welcoming and inclusive with lots of staff and variety of activities. Only point is for 8-12 year olds there feels like less choice; there are lots of adult activities and lots of young children activities but not so much in the middle. My son struggled to feel included without a parent present.
Regarding service, it tries really hard in so many places but it is unfortunately not on par with other five star reputable chains that have reliable and consistent quality and standards with a warm and smiley service.
For the price it is ok value - as it isn’t as expensive as others in this bracket (it’s at the lower end) so you get what you pay for. The issues they have are resolvable they just need to ensure service and quality is not compromised in favour of vast growth. Although it may have new facilities (padel courts, patisseries, shops, new stages); if you can’t get the basics right you are not prioritising the right services.
L'accès direct a la plage
L'animation, le personnel de l'hôtel
Transfer time from airport was 1hr35mins but it was worth it in the end because this hotel is fantastic. It has something for everyone. Many pools, bars, entertainment for kids and adults.
Room wise it’s very spacious and very clean.
Hotel staff are very warm welcoming and helpful if ever you need anything.
A mixed start, but a holiday made better by some fantastic staff
We had a bit of a mixed experience at this hotel. Unfortunately, our holiday didn’t get off to the best start when we initially checked in. We had paid for an upgraded Superior Family Room with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, but the hotel did not have the room we had booked available. What was disappointing was that this wasn’t explained to us on arrival, and we only realised there was an issue when we questioned the room we had been given.
When we went back to reception, we were told we needed to speak to our holiday rep the following morning. However, when we did, they were also unaware of the situation, so it felt like the hotel and the holiday company were both blaming each other. Unfortunately, this resulted in us being split up as a family on our first night, and we didn’t get the room we had actually booked and paid for until day two. It definitely wasn’t the start to our holiday that we had hoped for.
There were also some issues with the room itself, which we put down to the fact that we were staying in a new block and there were clearly still some snagging issues to be sorted.
Another thing we felt was disappointing was the Ultra All Inclusive package with Jet2. The branded drinks included in the package were only available at the lobby bar and piano bar. When watching the evening entertainment, you have to leave the entertainment area and walk back to one of these bars if you want the drinks included in your Ultra All Inclusive package. Otherwise, you are limited to the hotel’s own brands at the bar where the entertainment is taking place.
For us, if you are paying for an Ultra All Inclusive package, we feel that the benefits should be available across all of the bars and entertainment areas within the complex. It would make much more sense and would make the package feel much more worthwhile, rather than having to keep leaving the entertainment to get the drinks you have actually paid for.
However, I have to give a special mention to Dean in Guest Relations. He is worth his weight in gold! The effort he put into trying to make our holiday better really did make a difference. He genuinely cared about our experience and went out of his way to help us, and because of him, we were able to put the disappointing start behind us and enjoy the rest of our holiday as a family.
The animation and entertainment team were also fantastic. Everyone was friendly, enthusiastic and incredibly helpful, and the entertainment was really enjoyable. A special mention has to go to Mert, who was absolutely brilliant with our children. My son particularly loved playing darts and football with him every day. Mert is so enthusiastic, friendly and genuinely a pleasure to be around — he really made a difference to our son’s holiday.
The coffee shops are another highlight. The cakes are amazing, the coffee is great and everything always feels fresh. They’re a real treat and somewhere we really enjoyed visiting throughout our stay.
The beach is beautiful, peaceful and tranquil, and we never struggled to get a sunbed down there. It was definitely one of our favourite areas of the hotel.
The pool, however, is a very different story. It is extremely busy and noisy, and if you want a sunbed around the pool, you really have to be prepared to join the 6am sunbed race — which definitely isn’t for us! We preferred heading to the beach instead.
The main restaurant serves good food with plenty of choice, and there is something for everyone, which is important when catering for so many different nationalities. The food isn’t amazing, but it is nice and there is plenty of variety, so you really can’t complain too much on that front. Our biggest issue was the opening times. Having the majority of the hotel trying to eat between 7pm and 9pm made it incredibly busy, with queues for food and a very hectic atmosphere. Extending the dining hours would make a huge difference.
Overall, we had a disappointing start that could have been handled much better by both the hotel and holiday company. However, thanks to some genuinely fantastic staff — particularly Dean and Mert, as well as the wider entertainment team — our holiday improved considerably and we were able to enjoy our time together as a family.
There are definitely areas that could be improved, particularly communication, room allocation, making the Ultra All Inclusive benefits available throughout the complex, and managing the restaurant and pool capacity.
That said, the staff who go above and beyond really do make a difference, and they deserve recognition for that. Dean and Mert in particular helped turn what could have been a very disappointing holiday into one where we were still able to make some lovely Memories
Frumos, curat.
Mâncarea nu prea este europeană, apa in piscină foarte rece, nu este încălzită.
Great experiance here at Numa, rooms are really nice and cleaned daily, Food was incredible and staff were very helpful and came to speak to us every day making sure we were having a good time !
Special shout out to Dean in guest relations who was full of humour and helped us all out with any issues we had. Also Bircan in the lobby bar who also gave us a good greeting and poured a great cocktail 🙌 A huge credit to the Numa team !
Had a great experience, staff very well coming overly helpful, there’s much to do, much to have, much to see, and the wraps were amazing, especially Dean. What a fella
Fantastic last minute getaway booked through jet2. 2 adults and 2 boys, 6 and 3. We upgraded to a swim up room on our first morning and so pleased we did. The previous room we had was lovely, spotless, clean with a fab view but thought the upgrade would be worth it.
The swim up room (3116) was very modern, clean and we had literally no issues with it at all. Comfy beds and plenty of room for a family of 4. Mini fridge filled everyday and housekeepers were so attentive. Fantastic pool attached to the room, really made our holiday even better.
The rest of the hotel was spotless- ice lollies and bottled water easy to grab anywhere you are which was brilliant. The pools were all clean, well maintained, not too busy and our boys loved the slides (not the newer ones as they’re 12+ but after my husband went on them he understood why and said it’s a fair age limit- and our 6 year old is VERY adventurous) but plenty of others to keep them entertained. In the height of of summer holidays when we were told hotel was full, we had zero issues getting 4 sun loungers at about 7.40am- which suited us as my husband would be up with a coffee and a book. There was absolutely no reason for a 6am mad dash and we were utterly confused about people who have said this.
We didn’t make use of the kids clubs or activities at all so can’t comment on these, but the pool activities were fun and music created a great holiday atmosphere.
The reason we’re giving it a 4 not 5 is the food. The avenue where we had lunch everyday was definitely 5* with great variety of fresh and tasty food. Minimal queues. The coffee bar down by the beach was also brilliant and their iced coffees were brilliant- and they did oat milk! The Buffett was what changed our rating from 5 to a 4 overall. This isn’t an issue and wouldn’t have stopped us rebooking but the quality and variety of the food was just a bit lacking- there was something for all of us at every dinnertime but just not the selection or quality we’re used to from other 5* resorts we’ve visited- lots of samey kind of vegetables in sauces and rice dishes. There was a change in the freshly cooked stations every evening but again these seemed pretty similar to eachother and basically it was just a varied meat. Again, this an isn’t a bad reflection of hotel at all and we really did have a fantastic time but if I’m being picky, it’s the one and only thing we’d change. Our boys did love the kids buffet and enjoyed the independence of getting their own food every day!
Dean was brilliant, always checking in to see if we were having a good holiday and if there were any problems (we didn’t have any!) I would have trusted them to be resolved quickly under his watch.
Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel!
Annabel made our stay truly unforgettable. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care for guests were evident in every interaction. She always greeted us with a warm smile, took the time to make sure we were comfortable, and went out of her way to help whenever we needed anything. It’s clear that she is passionate about what she does, and her dedication made us feel valued and well looked after. Exceptional service like hers is rare to find, and she is a true asset to the Guest Relations team. Thank you, Annabel, for making our experience so special
we can’t wait to return! My kids really loved you!
I would like to express my sincere appreciation for Annabel from the Guest Relations team at Numa Hotel. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel genuinely welcome with her warm personality, professionalism, and exceptional hospitality
Annabel went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. She was always approachable, attentive, and happy to help with any questions or requests we had. Her recommendations were excellent, and she made every interaction feel personal and thoughtful. It’s rare to meet someone who is so passionate about providing outstanding guest service.
We would also like to give a special thank you to Orhun from the housekeeping team. He did an outstanding job keeping our room spotless throughout our stay. Every day we returned to a perfectly clean and well-organized room, and his attention to detail was truly impressive.
I would like to give special praise to one of your employees, Annabell. She was incredibly kind, friendly, and made sure we were well taken care of throughout our trip. She was also very social and approachable, which created such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Her positive attitude and excellent service truly made our experience even better. She is a wonderful representative of your company, and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves.
Currently here, piano bar is the best. Shout out to mustafa :)

Reception
Arrived at hotel late at night, on arrival to reception they was not very welcoming, told us we had been given a standard room, I informed them I had booked superior room, they said I had not, I showed them my jet2 app with it on, still didn’t believe me as I didn’t have paperwork, told me rooms not ready for 1 more week, come back tomorrow morning, next morning whilst looking around, a gentleman called Dean asked me how it’s going, I told him what had happened “ he took me up to his manager, who tried to help but told me to see my jet2 rep, so went jet2 rep and was sorted out with our correct rooms we had booked, but told by lady on reception to be quick as their waiting for old rooms back.
Any way after all this was sorted our holiday was great, the hotel is beautiful and clean, staff work hard, the grounds stunning, we went to the pool most mornings around 8:30am in July and managed to always get 5 beds together no problem.
Music around pool is no problem as we like music. There a older man around the pool who helps with umbrella and beds forgot his name, he is lovely and can’t do enough for you.
we always went down for breakfast around 8am no problem with finding tables and also managed to get table at lunch time in Restaurant whatever time we went, we went for tea around 7pm in evening and got table, little Que but went down with couple mins, the Avenue food court was busy but always managed to get a table, not all tables under cover. Food was good, waffles fab, no scoop icecream available throughout day but was ice lolly’s around to help yourself from freezers.
Fridges with water in dotted around the hotel to help yourself too.
Piano bar was beautiful with cocktails and bottled beers.
Rooms was cleaned everyday, but did have to ask for them to refill mini fridge which they did no problem at all.
Entertainment team - arda was really good but then didn’t see him again so Martin took over the darts - Martin was good, brown and poison was the only other 2 entertainment staff that said hello when they seen you and at meal time would walk past and say enjoy.
Overall good hotel.
