Pros:

Die Lage in der Altstadt ist prima. Morgens gab es ein kleines Frühstück zur Selbstbedienung (Kaffee,Tee,Toast,Marmelade und Äpfel)

Cons:

Wir bekamen ein dunkles,unangenehmes Zimmer im hinteren Hotelbereich. Das Bad war entsetzlich, die Dusche war nicht zu benutzen. Nach der ersten Nacht haben wir uns beschwert, da wir renovierte freie Zimmer gesehen hatten. Zunächst hieß es,dass wir über booking.com ein günstiges Zimmer gebucht hätten. Gebucht hatten wir ein Standard Zimmer, die Bilder davon sahen ganz gut aus. Ich frage mich,ob ich als booking.com Kunde das einfachste und damit schlechteste Zimmer bekomme. Zum Glück war eine nette Dame an der Rezeption, die durchaus eingesehen hat,dass wir in diesem Zimmer nicht bleiben konnten. So sind wir in ein renoviertes Zimmer umgezogen und waren zufrieden.

La ubicación.

Cons:

La habitación muy pequeña e incomoda; falta de muebles ; para guardar la ropa y no había mueble para colocar las maletas. No había Agua caliente, ni salía agua de la llave del lado Calientes El costo me pareció elevado por lo que he mencionado.

À conseiller si amélioration des problèmes sanitaires
Pros:

Proximité du centre linge de toilettes super p’tit dej succinct mais pratique café et pain de mie et consignés de bagages sous clefs donc rassurant

Comme dans beaucoup d endroits douche froide par moments et filets d eau

SI FACTURAS, NO ES EL LUGAR.
Pros:

excelente ubicación, personal del turno vespertino muy amable y atencioso, limpio.

Cons:

la cama ya hay que cambiarla, es realmente incomoda ya se sienten los resortes, muy incomoda.
Llevo una semana esperando y solicitando la factura y nada mas no llega y tampoco me contestan.

Pros:

La ubicacion, limpieza, estuvieron de acuerdo a lo esperado.

Cons:

el personal de recepcion turno matutino, me informo que la factura de ninguna manera puede realizarse como le solicito, tipo de pago debito/credito. aun habiendo generado mi pago por ese medio.

debido a la facturacion pues ya no incluyo al hotel en mis visitas.

Cons:

They tried to cheat us, telling that some of us had lost the room's keys. We were asked some money as penalty. As soon as we started complaining, telling we would call the police, the manager gave us the money back. Very miserable staff.

Cons:

The room was small, and the lighting was dim. I noticed stains on one of the pillowcases on the second night. No one was at the reception when we were going out the next morning, so I informed them in the afternoon and requested a linen change (they only clean rooms upon request). However, after returning to the room that night, I noticed the linen had not been changed. When I mentioned the stained pillowcase again, the person at the reception gave me a new pillow. Also, saw a small cockroach in the room.
