Bathroom smells so bad..its very old hotel..bed sheets was dirty..tv very small..only 1 think is good..location

Väldigt slitet hotell med obekväma sängar. Personal var väldigt trevlig och tillmötesgående. Bra läge till stranden. Men skulle verkligen en upp snyggning invändigt.

Uygun fiyatı göz önünde bulundurunca f/p iyi denebilir. Merkezi konum. Genel olarak temiz. Çalışanlar yardımcı oluyor. Klima çalışıyor. Sıcak su vardı. -Banyoda köşe diplerde küf mevcut. Banyoda duşakabin kapısının biri eksikti. 8/10

Don't stay at this hotel! It is disgusting and the toilets and shower are brooken and there is mold in the room!! We stayed 5 days and I wanted to cry every day when entering the room, they never cleaned the room during our stay and it was disgusting when we moved in!

The service is extremely bad when you tell the reception about this, they do NOTHING! do NOT stay here and I hope Hotels.com remove this place from their site.

Checkin einfach, sauber, air condition funktioniert einwandfrei, zentral in Alanya, beim Aqua Park, wifi sehr gut, ich kann es gerne weiterempfehlen

Extremely dirty room. Don’t be deceived by photos. It looks worse. We entered the room and checked out of the hotel 10 min in and booked another one instantly. 33 dollars wasted The bedsheets had stains and dirt, there was mold in the fridge and the room and hotel looked very dated. It was my mistake in not taking reviews seriously as we were only planning to stay one night but please do as it was disturbing to see a hotel in this condition.

Stayed 7 days - no cleaning!
Rooms in very bad shape, toiletseat broken and just very filthy. The first room even had blood on one of the beds.

Location is great but the hotel room needs renovation, especially bathroom

Loistava kokemus

Vaatimaton majapaikka, mutta palvelu yhden illan yöpymistä. Saapuessa henkilökuntaa ei ollut paikalla, löytyi pihalta. Hissi ei ollut päällä, vaan piti erikseen pyytää. Huoneessa osa valoista ei toiminut, eikä esim vessapaperia tai saippuaa ollut lainkaan.

Hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla. Huone oli oikein hyvä. Henkilökunta asiakkaita kohtaan ystävällisiä. Hissi ei toiminut. Suosittelen kaikille.

Sehr freundliche Personal. Sehr sauber. Zentral. Ruhig. Zimmer mit Teilweise Meer Blick.

Not at the newest level but ok for the price. Very ok for the distance to the beach and also for the breakfast.

I enjoyed my stay, I was lucky to get a room on a higher floor with a 180‘ view over Alanya. The room itself would need some renovations but for the price and location a good deal if you not looking for a fancy place.

Perfekt lokation. Venligt personale. Fint, men lidt ældre hotel.
Eneste store minus var, at rengøringen kun kom på 2 og 4 dag, ud af 8. Hvilket resulterede i at jeg løb stør for toilet papir ':D

Çok kötü.. temizlik sıfır.. duş çalışmıyor’ klima çalışmıyor.. yerlerde perdelerde iğrenç lekeler. Buzdolabı çalışmıyor.. Balkonda sandalye kırık.. eski bina gece elektrik kısa devre yaptı karanlıkta kaldık….
