Much smaller then expected, pool furniture old and not very much, no add ons or assistance.

Facilities didn’t work properly, the door of our room did not close fully. The bedsheets were dirty when we arrived. Overall the place was not great value for money and felt dirty

I have been coming to Bali for 48years and this hotel was more like the cheap losmens (homestays) I used to stay in years ago for a fraction of the cost not Aus$78+ dollars this hotel charged me. No water or glasses to clean my teeth with was provided and no tea only coffee supplied.No response to
my request for a transfer from the ferry and after managing to get a transfer with the ferry company the only way I found the hotel due to lack of signage was because another older Australian couple saw me down the lane with a sticker from the ferry stating the hotel and took it on themselves to direct me as they found it so hard to find due to a faded illegible sign outside the property. No air conditioning remote I could find to adjust the temperature and no instructions on how to set a number for the safe and no please do not disturb/ make up the room sign so if you want your room cleaned you have to ask for that also .Also no soap in the bathroom. For these prices this hotel needs to see what mainland Bali are offering for the same price as they fall right behind and need to learn lessons in the hospitality the rest of Bali is offering. I would not recommend this hotel especially to someone of my age group of 76. On the first day the music from the bar was so loud I could not use the pool or sit on my balcony and this was not addressed even after I mentioned it so I had to leave the complex to get some peace. Such a shame when I was expecting a quiet retreat with a beautiful view which I could not appreciate due to what I have just mentioned

The property is located down a dark narrow road approx 3/4 minutes walk from the main road.

The facilities did not meet expectations. The air conditioning stopped working unexpectedly, and the hot water was unavailable unless I asked the staff to turn on the heater before showering. In addition, the balcony sliding door was extremely difficult to open.

No safe or fridge in rooms, only a shared fridge and kitchen, hotel says “Good Breakfast” on the website, but there’s no restaurant, room needs a bit of work as my balcony door wouldn’t lock, bathroom taps need replacing, and shower head shooting water out in different directions
