Excelente opción para conocer Santa Cruz
Pros:

Excelente ubicación, las imstaciones son muy cómodas. El personal es muy atento y te ayudan en todo lo que precises. Incluso nos dejaron guardar el equipaje mientras visitamos otra isla. Es una excelente opción para conocer Santa Cruz. Volvería siempre a este hotel.

Great location, clean, comfortable and courteous staff. It's a central location right on the Charles Darwin Ave with lots of restaurants and shops a few minutes away. Five minutes walk to the maritime port.
Highly recommended!

Cons:

A small fridge in each room will make the hotel a perfect place for clients.

Cons:

La falta de mantenimiento en la piscina, en la habitación 10 no llega el wifi, y te dicen que justo ahí no llega. (No crean todo lo que indica booking )

Huele a cañería cerca del Hotel, y queda cerca de muchas discotecas, es difícil descansar.
Los colchones y almohadas no son cómodas.
