Tiene estacionamiento y es económico
El hotel está ubicado en una zona alejada del centro. Lo elegimos porque nos íbamos a quedar sólo una noche y tiene estacionamiento. Llegamos pasadas las 17 hs y la habitación no estaba lista. Estuvimos un rato largo hasta que lograron saber cuál era la habitación que nos correspondía y cuánto tenían que cobrarnos. Luego.. . La habitación no estaba hecha! por lo que tuvieron que asignarnos una nueva. No tiene nada de recomendable. El baño es sumamente chico
La ubicación
La atención del personal es buena, tienen buena predisposición para solucionar problemas y están atentas.
El lugar está mal mantenido. Tuve que cambiar 3veces de habitación porque si se apagaba la luz del cuarto se cortaba el ventilador. Las toallas tenían manchas y agujeros. Partes del piso estaba sucio.

The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and very well maintained. The rooms were clean, the facilities were great, and overall I had a very pleasant stay.
The only area that could be improved is staff availability. At times, it was difficult to find someone on-site, especially when arriving late in the evening, and there wasn’t always a clear way to contact a staff member for assistance.

This is a lovely little gem in a perfect location to attend meetings or concerts in San Jose. Very old house turned into sort of a bed-and-breakfast. They also have a wonderful Italian/Mediterranean food restaurant attached. Highly recommended!
This was our third time staying at this property and each room has its own uniqueness. The room we stayed in this time was our least favorite only because the bed was absolutely terrible. If I was younger and traveling alone and not very pregnant, we would’ve made it work Better. We still plan to stay here more, but we will request not to be in that room as the fan also didn’t work so it was pretty hot as there was no breeze coming in the window.
