Pros:

Le personnel , l’emplacement, la flexibilité.
surtout madame Nadège très accueillante

Cons:

Lorsqu’on commande des verres par exemple 5 , on nous dit que c’est pas disponible vu que l’hôtel est full c’est souvent la même excuse

Un peu déçu par le manque d’entretien. C’était ma deuxième et j’ai senti une certaine détérioration en termes de propret

Très bon séjour!!!!
Pros:

Bel accueil et personnel très à l'écoute. J'ai aussi apprécié le petit déjeuner. De plus, le supermarché et la pharmacie dans le même bloc étaient top. La situation géographique était un vrai plus.

Cons:

J'ai pas aimé les fauteuils dont le tissu était sale. Le room service n'était pas vraiment rapide. L'accès au sous-sol est difficile à cause des travuax de voirie.

Pros:

Un petit déjeuner continental, soigneusement présenté.   Tout ce qui avait été commandé a été consommé.

Cons:

L’un des sanitaires destinés aux enfants présente un état de malpropreté, avec des papiers hygiéniques déjà utilisés qui n’ont pas été retirés.
