Hyvä ja monipuolinen aamiainen
Uloskirjautessa yritettiin maksattaa toiseen kertaan , vaikka se oli jo maksettu sisäänkirjautuessa kaksi viikkoa sitten.
Jokin systeemeissä ei toimi tai kyseinen henkilö ei ollut tehtäviensä tasalla.
Meni varttitunti setviessä asiaa, onneksi olin ottanut hyvin aikaa lentokentälle siirtymiseen

All the hotel staff were courteous and helpful. Location was great, room was clean and bed was comfortable.
My first room was not sound proof as i could hear noises throughout the day from the room next door, so i requested for a room change.
Clean rooms and courteous staff
Have stayed here quite a number of times already, the rooms quality are as good as can be expected.
While the rooms are as expected, the traffic there was horrible. I was stuck for 2 hours in the evening of 1 Feb trying to get back to the hotel since the road in front of the hotel was closed, for some unknown reason. I would avoid this hotel, or any hotel in the area, at least until all the construction works are finished.
Staff is awesome always smiling, helpful and room is clean.
Toilet flush not working well.
Breakfast buffet - the authentic johor food was excellent. I really enjoy my soto and lontong and lemanh and beef rendang. Sambal nasi lemak was marvellous. Love it.
