Highly recommended!
Pros:

Very nice rooms, amenities have everything I needed. Wide breakfast buffet spread. Bathroom is cozy and very clean. Even has a pillow menu. I'm honestly impressed.

Cons:

Elevators to the rooms are slow when there are high traffic of guests checking in.

Sijainti lähellä rajaa ja kahta isoa kauppakeskusta. Sisäänkäynti onnistuu myös kauppakeskuksen puoleiselta tieltä. Tilava huone. Ilmaiset vesipullot joka päivä. Voisimme tulla uudelleen

Kauppakeskuksen puolella voisi olla myös hotellin kyltti. Uima-altaan vesi oli kylmää. Allasbaarin aukioloajat epäselvät.

I had a wonderful stay at the Amari Hotel Johor Bahru and would like to commend the team for their excellent service and high standards of cleanliness throughout the property. From check-in to check-out, everything was well-managed and comfortable.

A special mention goes to Marlina from the Reception Department, who truly went above and beyond. I had an issue with an incorrect booking date, and Marlina handled the situation with great professionalism, patience, and efficiency. She took the extra mile to amend the reservation smoothly, which made a potentially stressful situation completely worry-free.

Thanks to her efforts, I was also pleasantly surprised with an upgrade from a King room to an Executive room with an extra bed, which added great comfort to my stay. Her dedication and genuine willingness to help reflect the excellent service culture at Amari.
