Ruins Chaaya Hotel

夜到着し、従業員に翌朝のトクトク手配を依頼していたにも関わらず、朝確認すると「予約していない。
「これから手配する」との回答で30分近く待たされた。
列車時間ギリギリに間に合ったが、こちらから確認しないと不安を覚える対応が残念ですネ。

中心地から少し離れていますが、周りを美しい田園に囲まれた素晴らしい環境のホテルです。
その割にお客さんがあまりいなかったので穴場といってよいでしょう。

壊れた靴を従業員の方が直してくださったのも良い思い出です。

Great hotel, lovely room and good food.

This was the best value for money hotel we stayed at of the 10 we used in Sri Lanka. It was quiet, looked after and welcoming. With views of the rice fields and even eagles flying over them this place was perfect. You can cycle to the ruins in about 10 minutes and yet avoid the hustle of some other areas.

Very recommended.

Good place to stay. Management is very friendly. But staff need to be trained more.

Nice place to stay. They only had one bottle of redwine and no beer. But it was no problem to bring our own wine and beer and drink it in the restaurant.
The food is freshly made and very tasty.
Reception is smiling and helpfull. Good clean rooms - really wothe a visit.

Отель как отель, ничего особенного. В ванной на полу грязновато, кровать чистая, кондиционер работает. Для остановки на ночь в ходе поездки по местам культурного интереса острова сойдёт. Учитывая, что мы были единственными постояльцами отеля, вышедшими на завтрак, видимо, есть места и поинтереснее

Pænt og rent hotel, rigtig flot værelse og fin udsigt. Stedet bærer lidt præg af manglende gæster - personalet er langsomme og der er en lidt spøgelsesagtig stemning i restauranten. Morgenmaden er ikke fantastisk, men ok.

Hi this hotel is huge but we were the only people in the restaurant why because they had no guests possibly because of the time of year. We did have an issue with serving our room butt he operations manager soon sorted out the problem. It was evident that the staff needed hospitality training but they did their best. This could be a very could hotel but they need to concentrate on their staff the hotel itself is minders and comfortable.

Very impressive entrance & reception area & very attentive staff. Food good but restaurant very large & more suited to large functions such as weddings.
Room excellent but no other facilities not even a bar.however very good for overnight stay.
