Not the best but still comfortable
Pros:

The distance to Jonker street is just few minutes walking away. Staff is friendly , bed is comfortable .Overall the stay is ok .

Cons:

The hotel is a bit old and the way to room is too dark while the lights are not bright enough. The TV channel has not many choices .

Sehır manzaralı oda yazmasına rağmen başta duvar gören basık bir oda verildi daha sonra talep ettik ve ddeğiştirdik, cok temız degıldı havuz tasları ayaklarımıza batıyor bakımsızdı ve kahvaltı da omlet dısında yiyebileceğimiz bir sey bılamadık

Great Stay in Melaka, Convenient and Comfortable
Pros:

I had a very pleasant stay at Ibis Melaka. The hotel is in a very convenient location, within walking distance to many tourist attractions, which makes it easy to explore the city.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was great with a good variety of options. The service from the team was also friendly and welcoming throughout the stay.

Overall, it is definitely good value for money and a great choice when visiting Melaka. I would be happy to stay here again.

it was a short stay. convenient, comfortable, super plus point was the staff was really friendly!
Pros:

quick and smooth check in. staff was friendly and room was ready when I arrive. I had requested for a slightly earlier check in and it was good.

Cons:

there was a musky smell in the room and the air-conditioning was not working well. It was on, but the room was definitely not cool. I stayed for one night only so I did not say report or complain about it.

Area of improvement - The service at the front desk can be improved. Be more flexible to suit business people like me which have tight schedule during business trip.

Location was excellent, right next to world heritage sight.

The single queen bed in one of the rooms ,bedsheet was dirty. Was not changed at all.

Good hotel, value for money, spotless, good location.
Pros:

We stayed there for two days in mid March. We wanted a hotel that was close to the center and one that had a pool. We toured in the morning, went back to the hotel in the early afternoon to relax by the pool, then went back out at 5.

Very pleased with our room. It was modern, spotless, etc. We found the front desk team very helpful, very pleasant. Checked in late. The front desk did not appear busy.

Attractive lobby. Easy 10 minute wal along the river walk to the center. We did have breakfast or eat dinner at the hotel.

Overall a very good two day stay. We would definitely stay here again.
