Unfortunately, this stay was far below our expectations, and we would not recommend or return to this hotel in the futur

Good location, comfortable bed, and a smooth check-in process. The hotel design is modern and the room was generally clean.

Cons:

Unfortunately, our stay did not meet our expectations. The swimming pool was not as clean as expected and looked very different from the photos shown online. The parking area was quite far from the hotel, which was inconvenient.

During our stay, there was an emergency alarm/fire drill that caused significant noise and disturbance. We also experienced a power outage that lasted approximately 3 hours.

The bellman was not very friendly, and the staff presentation did not reflect the standard we would expect from a 4-star hotel. There was also confusion regarding breakfast entitlement. The receptionist informed us that breakfast was for 2 guests per room, but the breakfast staff stated it was only for 1 guest and asked us to reconfirm at reception, which was inconvenient and unprofessional.

Overall, the hotel did not match the expectations created by the photos and descriptions online.

Only te swimming pool runouts of service..tiles visible outs..te towels bit shadows in colours..and also the car parks slots but scary due outside. Rest ok

Family stay
Pros:

Everything was good ! We stayed for 2 nights , family of 3 (2 adults and kid). The room was specious, breakfast was full of choice. Location was near to the city center. We enjoyed our stay!

Cons:

First time I saw this way of bedding, it’s ok but looks different from the usual way. Also one night we didn’t have a full sheet, the bed cover was done from 2 small sheets. In general
