Receptions counter staff is very friendly. He was from Bandung Indonesia. He really remember his clients well.

Pros:

Room is small for 2 persons, Rooms are clean ,location is very good, we did not have breakfast in the hotel, oeverall I recommend the hotel and will return wehn in Malaca friendly service

Pros:

Room was good, love the vibe of the shower area.

Cons:

Breakfast environment could be a better experience for us, nothing much the hotel side could do as the bad experience came from the behavior showed by tourist from this particular country.

Cons:

There were lacking of lights at the open space parking lot, which gives an unsafe feeling especially for solo traveler. In addition, there was also no shaded walkway from the parking lot to the hotel lobby, at which point if it rains, any guest walking from their car to the hotel will be drench in rain. I hope the management take note of this and make the necessary improvements.

1 malam sudah mencukupi.
Pros:

Sarapan - tempahan bilik saya tidak masuk dengan sarapan.
Lokasi terbaik sebab berdekatan dengan tempat liburan.

Cons:

Keadaan tilam di bilik, kekemasan tiada. Tidak sepadan dengan harga bilik/semlm.
