L'hôtel est très bien situé, dans Little India, proche du centre historique et de Jonker Street .... à 5-10 minutes à pied.
Il a un grand parking gratuit, ce qui était bien pratique car nous avions une voiture de location.
Le petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet offre un choix important et de qualité.
Le personnel est souriant, serviable et efficace. Nous avons été surclassés dans une chambre familiale alors que nous n'étions que 2, sans rien demander, cela a été une agreable surprise !
Les chambres sont fonctionnelles et disposent d'un système de filtration permettant d'avoir de l'eau potable, ce qui est bien pratique.
Rien ! Nous avons été agréablement surpris, alors que certaines critiques sur cet hôtel étaient plutôt négatives.

Air con hard to control, rooms a bit damp and ‘musky’, gym could do with more and better equipment, air con in main lobby could be colder
The location is excellent, with many attractions and eateries within walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable, although it was a little small. The breakfast had a good variety of choices. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and good value for money.
Honestly, there was nothing I disliked about my stay. Everything was good, from the room and cleanliness to the location and service. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was comfortable and pleasant. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely consider coming back again.

Geklapper van een deur of zo. Was rond 24 uur stil, maar begon weer rond 7 uur.
Location - Its near to the restaurants.
No mineral water in the rooms. Pls continue to provide them.

Bathroom washbasin tap water pressure too low.
Breakfast start at 6.30am , the buffet food was cold seems like just started heating up.
Car park surface not properly maintained.
