La chambre, très bien, conforme et très bien équipée avec machine à café Nespresso. Petit déj ça va, l'emplacement, moi j'aime bien mais ceux qui veulent du wahou c'est pas le bon emplacement.
Bon l'accueil j'ai connu mieux, pas de boisson d'accueil, ils ne sont pas venus nous aider pour les bagages et les personnes à l'accueil sont certes chaleureux mais sans plus. Si on compare à d'autres hôtels de Malaisie, on n'a vu mieux pour moins cher

La habitación tenia un tamaño muy bueno y era muy confortable y con excelentes vistas.
El bufet de desayuno era muy completo, pero me faltaron más productos occidentales.
La piscina en el ultimo piso era excelente y con magníficas vistas.
Me gusto todo.

Room was spacious, comfortable mattress, clean bathroom, it exceeded our expectations with the money spent.
Maybe location was quite difficult for us as we were not familiar. Traffic congestion can be quite bad during weekend.

room was clean and comfortable and I liked the complimentary drinks but could probably add on snacks, the view at corridor was good, lifts were clean and meeting venue was clean as well, breakfast buffet did go till slightly 10.30am
lugged my own luggage to the room as not even reception asked if I wanted help, meeting room no wifi, breakfast buffet choices were limited and food not so tasty and egg station could use some improvement on taste, the parking journey to level 5 was sketchy
One of the best hotel stays ever! Staff were excellent Mr George. View was amazing at night for town city view. Mini bar complementary. Definitely value for money. Would totally recommend to anyone wanting to be close to KLCC and Bukit Bintang.
