From Reception to House cleaning to Restaurant

Staff is well mannered, however few of the policies do not make sense. The restaurant Menu is so limited that ordering from outside becomes a must if you have not paid for their dinner charge. Well, if at all we order food from outside, they do not even allow our request to heat the food up. The restaurant does not even have ice cubes or decent glasses to provide to their customers. Agreed that they have a no Alcohol policy, but people who are out on holiday will surely want to settle down in their room with a drink after a tiring journey.
If we have to go to a hotel and order ice and glasses from Blinkit, then why go at all? Even if we order, atleast allow the delivery person or have them yourself delivered at the room.
The rooms are very tiny, count 6 steps from the door and the room ends.
The AC was superb.. however, there was no overhead shower in the bathroom which as tiny as it could be. Wiping your body with a towel after a bath is a challenge in the bathroom.

Things could be made a lot better and visitor friendly, and I hope they think about all this.

Stayed at Ginger our whole group Nanhi kali, its wonderful experience and enjoyed a lot dining at restaurant. Manager Prashant and team members Suhail Chef kanhaiya and Anil were good staff. Service of restaurant is very welcoming.... Enjoyed at Qmin ..
