Room is small but amenities are good, food is good and tasty. Mr Suhail in restaurant very nice in behaviour.

Staff made me wait for 30 min before giving room. AC not working at night, room full of mosquitoes, no one to pick phone at reception. Food is of very low quality. They again took lot of time to check out, though I had informed 20 min prior.
Bad experience. Rooms are very small, you keep bumping into everything.

Small room

Room is very congested for two people.
Breakfest is very good, sheft Bhim and Aditya doing very good job.
Otherwise other facilites is good.
Bathroom is not good.

I stay here in ginger fir 14 days as it is from company but the experiance here is realy good and the staff Mr.Aditya and the chef Mr.Bhim is realy good in there service.The overall experiance is very good and memorable.

Had a wonderful stay at Ginger Hotel, Gomti Nagar. The property is very well-maintained with a great modern vibe. The rooms are compact but exceptionally clean and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff is courteous and the service is prompt. Its location in Gomti Nagar makes it super convenient for getting around Lucknow. Great food, great sleep, and total value for money.

​I recently stayed at this property and, unfortunately, it was a deeply frustrating experience from start to finish. I would not recommend this hotel in its current state.

​Room Quality & Hygiene

​The accommodations were significantly below standard. The "double" room was incredibly cramped—literally "ending where it started"—and felt claustrophobic for two people. More concerning was the pervasive smell of dampness in the air. The walls were visibly damp with paint peeling off, and the linens, while appearing laundered, were covered in permanent stains. It felt neither clean nor well-maintained.

​Facilities & Service

​The most baffling part of the stay was the lack of room keys. I was told keys were distributed on a "first come, first served" basis. Consequently, I had to go to reception every single time I needed to unlock my door. This is an unacceptable inconvenience for any modern traveler.

​Dining

​The breakfast was mediocre at best. The selection was not "exclusive" or varied, and more importantly, the food simply lacked flavor. It felt like an afterthought rather than a guest amenity.

​Check-out Process

​To cap off the experience, checking out took an entire hour. The staff seemed confused about the billing process, unable to determine if the room was prepaid or if a signature was required.

​Summary: Between the physical state of the building and the disorganized management, this stay was a major letdown. There are far better options available that offer basic hygiene and functional room access.
