To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won't be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).
This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid seperately.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Highly recommend
Pros:

Comfortable, clean, nice staff, good breakfast. Restaurant upstairs was great.

Cons:

We had a balcony room under the restaurant, it was noisy until it closed.

We arrived in the Santiago early in the morning. Prior to arriving in Santiago I contacted the property asking him if we could store luggage until check-in. They stored our luggage which I appreciated. They told us we could check into our rooms early, but it was $75 per person to check in early. I’ve never had a hotel charge extra to check in early when a room is available.

Fabulous stay
Pros:

Well located and maintained hotel with an excellent restaurant. Staff were excellent and the breakfast provided was very good.

The wooden floors- noisy if people in other rooms move furniture.

Great location, lovely boutiques hotel with a stunning roof bar.
Pros:

It’s in a great location to walk to bars and restaurant and the historically part of the city. The roof bar is fabulous and the rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

We arrived on a Sunday and could have done with more information on the facilities in the room I.e how the window blinds worked, and also a bit more guidance and getting around from the hotel.

lo malo fue el desayuno pocas alternativas y fruta confitada de mal gusto al igual que los durazno en almibar hay que mejorar mucho este punto. A su vez en la ducha hay hongos en las uniones. fue un gusto pero nunca mas regreso.
