Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%
To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won't be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).
This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid seperately.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Tinha um bar no 8 andar. Barulho até as 2 da manhã. Pessoas entrando no hotel sem mostrar documentos.

La atención y ubicación
Todo bien
La estetica del hotel, el dormitorio, el baño, camas cómodas. La ubicación en el centro fue espectacular, considerando que el viaje fue por trabajo.
El desayuno podría ser más variado. Si bien el personal fue muy amable, la experiencia no fue tan buena en el bar del 8 piso. Quizás por la hora, finalmente me fui sin ser atendida.
Nice room and suitable location for us
After I booked they informed me the room I had would likely be noisy. I’m pleased they let me know but then I had to pay extra for a room upgrade when I thought the room I booked wouldn’t be noisy anyway

Room was huge with fridge and well lit bathroom. Location was fantastic. Breakfast was good.
Breakfast could have included more hot options. Didn’t like having a hold put on my credit card on arrival and having to pay for water/coffee in room.
They canceled the day of my stay and sent me to another hotel.

The breakfast staff were initially unfriendly.
The fact that vagrants came into the hotel and caused noise and disruption over breakfast or banged on the hotel door in the early hours of one morning.
The fact that you charge for coffee in the room.

The noise through the night from loud motorbikes and intoxicated people
Besonders gefallen hat mir der freundliche Empfang. Wir waren viel zu früh da und durften unser Gepäck abstellen. Außerdem haben wir das Zimmer bekommen, sobald es sauber war.
Die Lage ist fantastisch, nur wenige Gehminuten bis in die Altstadt oder Innenstadt. Zahlreiche Cafés und Restaurants sind direkt neben dem Hotel.
