Excellent Hotel
Pros:

Very beautiful and nice Hotel. The staff was very friendly and always there to help. The room was perfect and service from Ege at the restaurant and cafeteria was excellent!!

Hussein and Mustafa were VERY attentive to the breakfast crowd... bussing tables and responding to requests quickly! Excellent service!

Bad experience in dining room
Pros:

We arrived at this hotel in a group the checkin was chaotic by the time we queued for the lift to drop off our luggage in our room as advised by our guide we made our way to the dining room for our pre booked dinner.
Only to find no seats available in the so called dining room
We were sat outside in the rain with no table settings and then to top it off when we went for dinner Buffet there was one choice of main and no sweets left
I went to reception to ask for the manager only to be told he was outside and would be with me shortly
The young man on reception was great getting us cutlery and blankets
I can only say the hotel was very badly managed and the restaurant was no more than a snack bar
Unable to accommodate the amount of guests in our party

Not good for this quality of hotel
Pros:

Good sized modern room with comfortable bed. Bathroom clean with a good shower. I don’t think the air con was working properly as it didn’t seem to cool the room and was on all night. Restaurant area was very small for this size of hotel and the food was mediocre.

Cons:

Сложилось впечатление, что персонал отеля курит рядом с заборным коллектором вентиляции и весь дым равномерно распределяется внутри отеля.

Отель просто замечательный. Оставался там в связи с командировкой в Алиагу. Спасибо любезному персоналу, чистота и сервис превысили все мои ожидания.

Cons:

Жаль, что рядом с отелем ни одной аптеки и всего один маркет.
