I have stayed at this hotel dozens of times. I keep coming back and staying there because the hotel is very clean (housekeeping does wonderful work), and all of the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Whenever I need something, or help with something, I do not hesitate to ask - I not only get a friendly response, but one that is helpful (and prompt). Many of us at AcuTech have considered this our home away from home for several years.

Hussein and Mustafa were VERY attentive to the breakfast crowd... bussing tables and responding to requests quickly! Excellent service!

We arrived at this hotel in a group the checkin was chaotic by the time we queued for the lift to drop off our luggage in our room as advised by our guide we made our way to the dining room for our pre booked dinner.
Only to find no seats available in the so called dining room
We were sat outside in the rain with no table settings and then to top it off when we went for dinner Buffet there was one choice of main and no sweets left
I went to reception to ask for the manager only to be told he was outside and would be with me shortly
The young man on reception was great getting us cutlery and blankets
I can only say the hotel was very badly managed and the restaurant was no more than a snack bar
