Cons:

O apartamento é agradável e aconchegante. No entanto, o grande problema é o estacionamento. O espaço é extremamente pequeno, o que compromete a segurança e torna o local até insalubre. Sinceramente, trata-se de uma área que sequer deveria permitir a entrada de veículos, diante do enorme risco de acidentes.
