Limpeza. Teias de poeira entre a pedra da bancada e a bancada de refeição; aranha em cima da cama; piso com aspecto de sujo e encardido; porta do banheiro nem fecha e nem fica aberta adequadamente; chuveiro água cai metade quente e metade fria (nunca vi isso antes); vaso sanitário com sensação de solto; porta do box excessivamente pesada; falta de cobertores (tem apenas duas mantas finas); entrada da garagem extremamente estreita.

A localização é boa. O atendimento do Cláudio, foi muito bacana.

Cons:

O apartamento estava puro mofo, um cheiro horrível. Tudo cheio de poeira. Não foi feito nenhum tipo de verificação antes de chegarmos.Paredes mofadas, cheio de mofo, até no teto. Lixeira toda cheia de ferrugem. O banheiro, sinceramente, estava dando nojo. Vontade de ir para outro lugar....
Não estava nada parecido com as fotos.

Pros:

Ótima localização e conforto. O apart é limpo, organizado e atendeu perfeitamente a estadia.

Cons:

O ponto negativo fica por conta da entrada da garagem. Muito estreita e tive a certa dificuldade para manobrar. Mas fora isso, tudo muito bom.
