after staying at the Hampton by Hilton Humberside Airport with work i have received a debt collectors letter asking for £340 when i gave my registration to the receptionist as well as on the displayed ipad. they are telling me there is nothing they can do to fix it other than sending an email to someone and i am risking getting a CCJ and not being approved on a mortgage next week for something they told me had been taken care of. needs serious attention as its caused myself great stress.
Modern hotel, clean and comfortable rooms. It is functional as an overnight stop over, with food available in the evening.

Food only just satisfactory.
This hotel works well for an early morning flight out or a late evening arrival. It has free breakfast available early and a restaurant and bar. Previously, Marmite was not available for breakfast but apparently the catering manager kept complaining and there it was. Well done for listening to customer and staff feedback
Previously, there was a cheaper hotel available nearby - the Nightel - but this seems to no longer be available. It would be good to have the choice of cheapness over higher standards. The Hampton by Hilton never seems very full but doesn't try very hard to attract customers with good discounts when they are not busy.

部屋にアイロンとアイロン台があり、大変助かったこと。
特にありませんが、バスルームのカーテンがスムーズに閉じず、水が床に少しはねたこと位です。
空港が近いこと、歩いていけました。
朝一番の飛行機早い出発でもコーヒーが飲めたこと。
部屋には所謂、アメニティはありませんでしたが、電気ポットもあり設備が過不足なく揃っていてよかったです。
特にありがたかったのはアイロンとアイロン台があり、使えたこと。とても助かりました。
空調のエアコンの室温調整が難しかった。
移動があり日にちを変えて2泊しましたが、後に泊まった部屋のコンセントの1箇所が不具合があり、スムーズに使えなかった点。あと部屋設備を知らず選んでいたのですが、バリアフリー介護用の設備のある部屋で、バスルームの水音が始終聞こえていて少し気になりました。
空港の周りにこのホテルしかないが、1階のロビーで食事や飲み物を提供してもらえるのでそこで過ごせました。
朝一の飛行機は6時10分なので、朝食がもう少し早く提供されると良いと思いました。コーヒーなどはありました。
