Perfect location and wonderful stay!
Pros:

The location was perfect and facilities what we expected with a warm and friendly welcome. The breakfast was good, plenty of choice and so close to the terminal. Cheaper to get a lift up the night before our flight and to stay here than to park the car nowadays!

Cons:

Bristol Airport is the most expensive in the UK for parking and there is a lack of hotels nearby too. Save the money folks and stay at the Hilton. Warm and comfy bed with tea and coffee making facilities and no need to rush the next day!

Room was good although expensive! Hotel has a captive audience given its location but that is to be expected although i see new place now available on airport site.

Overpriced and uncomfortable airport hotel

Also only hotel on the airport

Cons:

Slow and inefficient check in
Twin room turned out to.be a double bed with a really uncomfortable sofa bed which took.up so.much space it was hard to.move around the room,never mind sit anywhere. And very expensive. All in all, an unenjoyable and over priced stay

Close to airport
Pros:

Great stay as usual, main draw card is the proximity to airport. Dinner meals are mediocre but breakfast food is standout, offering great options for people who have an early flight including take aways

Cons:

One of the elevators did not work, would only go up and not down, as we could no control which elevator arrived we often had to take stairs. For the price of the hotel it would be helpful if all facilities worked

Rooms and location good. Eat and drink somewhere else it’s miserable and cold.

The rom was clean and quiet for a good night sleep before our early flight! Location is perfect for Bristol airport

Cons:

The reception, lounge, bar area is uncomfortable, cold and dreadful lighting. The menu is not good nor the drinks menu. Staff do as little as they can get away with, the lights hang low between the tables so you bash your head every time you get up. The bar was so badly run there was a maze of tunnels to walk through to get to the bar even when no one else was there. You had to walk back through it with your drinks. I felt like cattle. I would not recommend or go at all

Cons:

Expensive for overnight along with food and drinks. Buffet breakfast at 4.00am is not much use if you have a 6.00am flight.
