Pros:

Poloha u letiště, i tak se tam podruhé již neubytujeme.

Cons:

Snídaně byla katastrofální! Nekvalitní suroviny, nepořádek na bufetových stolech, nedoplněné jídlo ani nádobí. Naprostá absence personálu.

Comodo e funzionale. Colazione comoelta e con vasta scelta anche vegetali e senza glutine.
Pros:

Vicinanza all’aeroporto. Quindi tattico per i voli ad orari in tarda serata o partenze di mattina presto.

Cons:

Troppa aria condizionata. Abbiamo trovato 18 gradi in camera e quindi l’abbiamo chiusa.

Pros:

Very happy with the location and how close it was to the airport, I have stayed in a few accommodations near by and got to say this was the worst - yes the closest but the worst.
Check in time was 3pm - I emailed to say we will be around 12am the following morning after my flight being delayed nearly 3 hrs we arrived 2:20 am - staying were welcoming and friendly but it looked and felt like there wasn't a room for me and my family - the receptionist asked his colleague to check a room to see if this was available, after a lengthy call to eachother we were told to got to room 324- but it wasn't ready, we had to wait for my sons bed to be made and towels to be put in - again something that should've been ready by 3pm . In all fairness staff were quick resolving this but to is it felt like the end of the world we had already been stuck in an airport from 2pm and 12 hours later we were waiting for our room, a room we booked because we wanted a stress free end to our holiday as we do live a fair drive away from Bristol airport. Cleanliness of the room was not the best - shower had grime on the floor, stains on wall and sealing which you don't expect from a top end hotel. For us to benefit breakfast we had to get up early my 4yr old son was too tired to eat , I was stressed out and ended up being sick.
On a positive note the hotel looks great, just wished we had a better experience, I just think the issue with our room was the tip of a bad day

Pros:

Conveniently located for the airport departure lounge for an early morning flight. We had a newly styled room which was fantastic.

Pros:

Lo que más me gustó fue la amabilidad del personal, siempre con una sonrisa y predispuestas a solucionar cualquier problema. No hablo casi nada de inglés, gracias a ellas por su gran esfuerzo podimos entendernos. Volvería otra vez a este Hilton, no todos los hoteles Hilton son igual de serviciales.
La ubicación excelente, a pocos metros del aeropuerto.

Great location 5 min walk to the terminal

Cons:

Bar set up was terrible. Pay in one area and then walk around to the actual bar???
Bar staff generally unhelpful and slow. Not enough of them on duty.
Complete shambles.
Bar meals very average.
I would not stay again.
