Great hotel stay with a short distance to the Mall and arena.
Pros:

I’ve stayed in Santiago, Cauayan, Tumauini and Tuguegarao and the bed here at Dreamwave is the nicest I’ve ever seen. The AC is awesome!!

Cons:

Not quite sure how this is a resort. Definitely would be awesome if they had a bar or restaurant.
