跟hotel.com已經沒有合作關係
Pros:

住宿過程艱難，在臺灣已經訂好住宿，到現場卻不能入住，因我已經解約，罔顧消費者權益，客服當日也沒有立即的協助處理，自己掏腰包住房，退房才說已經解決，中間使用手機漫遊費用一千元也沒有任何補償損失，服務極度之消極。

Good hotel when you want to be near the university
Pros:

Overall it is a good hotel if you need to be near the university. Great room. My only complaint is that the breakfast is a bit lacking. Some staff speak a little English, but most do not.
